We have known Dr. Mendelsohn for 25 years. Although his practice has grown and evolved, Dr. Mendelsohn has remained gracious and humble! Were grateful for his artistry, incredible skill and precision and his phenomenal staff. Karen is also a master artist; she and Linda always take the time to ensure our results are terrific. Jamie, Hilary and their team are consistently conscientious and professional in scheduling our appointments. Finally, we love that Dr. Mendelsohn is so generous with his time, energy and resources.

I cant say enough about how amazing my first consultation was! From the moment I entered the office to the moment I left I was made to feel completely at ease. The staff was incredibly friendly, and any apprehensions I had prior were diminished the moment I met Hope Schweitzer Merz! Her professionalism, empathetic nature, and delicate touch made my procedure entirely painless, quick, and actually enjoyable. I would highly recommend her to anybody who has even thought remotely about treating themselves to a little Botox, but have been on the fence about where to start. She certainly made my first experience a five star one, and Im SO happy with my results!

I made an appointment to receive a consultation for laser treatment on my face for red veins and age spots. I have had these procedures done before, I just wanted to know the cost. Before they would let me talk to anyone, I was forced to sit for a photo session of my entire face taken from various unflattering angles. Then I was placed into a room where I had to stare at these very unflattering photos in a carousel presentation on a computer screen while I waited for the doctor. I felt that I was being pushed to have cosmetic surgery instead of the very simple laser that I came in for, so I left, very unhappy, feeling pushed and manipulated. I feel like this place was just a factory to make as much money as possible.

Been to Karen before; had my '11' done with botox. By the second day it wasn't working. Called the office and they said it takes about 2 weeks, to call back. Called back in two weeks, then was told I had to schedule within two weeks! Basically had to go somewhere else for touch up
