I wasn't a patient of Dr. Mandell-Brown's, so this review is written from a little bit of a different perspective. I am a pre-med student at an out-of-state school. I had heard of Dr. Mandell-Brown, so when I was in the Cincinnati area for the summer I contacted his office to see if I could spend a day there to shadow and learn. When I first reached out to them, even though I wasn't a patient, they were welcoming and eager to help me. I was able to observe him and his team with patients before, during, and after surgeries. Throughout the entire process they were friendly, caring, and accommodating to each patient. They don't just run through the motions. Dr. Mandell-Brown's artistic and thoughtful approach allows for the unique needs of each patient to be met. Not only are Dr. Mandell-Brown and his staff amazing at what they do, they are amazing people that work seamlessly as a team to help patients look and feel their best!

Dr. Mandell-Brown took his time to explain things to me in my initial consultation. He made me feel comfortable and heard. He is known for his natural look when it comes to cosmetic surgery and thats exactly the reason I chose him. So far my results look pretty natural. My overall experience has been excellent. I have considered plastic surgery for many years after having my 3 children. This year, I finally decided to have the mommy make-over which included breast augmentation and a mini tummy tuck. After a lot of research, we chose Dr. Mandell-Brown, and I cant say enough about how personable Dr. Mandell-Brown and his staff are. They want to help you look and feel your best, and they help you feel comfortable asking all the questions you might have. For some, its a big decision to have plastic surgery, and I am so incredibly happy with my results. I wish that I would have made the decision sooner! Love my results and Dr. Mandell-Brown did a fantastic job!

I saw dr Mandell brown for a nose job and he put me on the computer and showed me changes. He felt that I would be better off with a liquid nose job. He filled out my nose and it instantly made the bump I hated go away & without the cost and recovery time of a rhinoplasty. I could tell he really cares about his patients and his staff is wonderful. Theres a reason Dr. Mandell Brown is known by almost anyone who is accustomed to or familiar with cosmetic surgery/enhancement around the tri-state area... hes simply the best. I came in as a complete newbie wanting some beauty enhancements and Im beyond happy! The staff cares and is extremely informative, and dr brown gives his direct line for post op patients to check in the night after your procedure. As well as to answer any questions you may have while you recover. I have since done a couple of procedures and Im continuously pleased. The office does a multitude of treatments and proceduree including but not limited to: eye lash extensions, facials, fillers, weight loss treatments, laser hair removal, skin care, body and facial plastic surgery. Look no further if youre looking for a great doctor and practice.

Granted, my body has had a couple of set-backs with not healing properly & poor scarring, but keep in mind not everyone heals the same. You've heard of thee Dr. Mandell-Brown on the radio, on billboards passing by, friends/family that have had services at the Surgery Center. I also can say I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Mandell-Brown and have nothing, but positive things to say. I did my research despite hearing the positive things. He is TRIPLE board certified, and really knows his field. He continues his education, and his staff is nothing short of AMAZING. I was nervous until my consultation; right away walking into the welcoming office it started to dissipate. After my consultation, I was prepared & confident this was the office. After my surgery he follows up within ONE day, then ONE week, followed by 2-3 weeks out. I'm at 4 weeks out, my scars are minuscule which I thought would be impossible. The incisions, sutures, & his knowledge are to thank! Nurse Anne did my lips today and they look so good! She was very patient with me and listened to every thing i had to say about what i wanted. She made my lips plumper but kept the same shape. Everyone loves them and I've already got a lot of compliments today! I have no bruising and barely any swelling. I definitely recommend coming to Dr. mandells office and getting any fillers or other procedures done with nurse Anne. She is very caring, proffessional and sweet.

Pajama Doctor. I had an appointment for Botox he comes in wearing his pajamas. As my Botox starts to wear off my forehead started sagging above my eye that never did that before. Every time I go to an appointment he tries to hustle me for other surgeries. Oh & his billboard & business cards are not what he really looks like. What a joke.

Dr. Mandell-Brown did my liquid nose job / nonsurgical rhinoplasty yesterday and I could not be more enthused and satisfied with the results! He corrected my slight dorsal hump so it was smooth and straight, and also corrected some slight asymmetry. Very good option for those not ready to go under the knife yet. Painless and it was finished in under 5 minutes! Highly recommend. Thanks, doc! :)

My consultation went so well! Hedy was very nice and professional. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Brown spent almost 90 minuets with me and really took the time to educate and review different options. I already had my mind set on my procedure and after a 130lb weight loss I know I am making the right decision. Sharon who is the office manager was very nice as well and showed me my options for payment. I left my appointment and made some arrangements and called back to have my surgery scheduled 4 weeks from Thursday. I would highly recommend!

2010 spent 6,000 and they did not turn out well... got a uniboob and bottom heavy made my nipples look up and hurt so bad I got them out 3 months after they were put in, and I never got a penny back or offered any revision surgery! Originally he was my second choice, but only because of price. After already having my surgery scheduled at The Plastic Surgery Group, I decided I really wanted a second opinion. His staff was able to get me in within days, and he addressed my concerns.
