I absolutely love this place! For starters, the office is adorable, the staff is adorable and friendly! I was nervous about having surgery on my ear but they all made me feel really comfortable about it. Dr. Seiffert (hopefully I spell that correctly) did an amazing job on my ear. I had a huge bump on it and didnt think it was going to be possible to make my ear look normal again, but it looks perfect, it healed perfect, the surgery was quick and smooth. Shes a very professional knowledgeable woman. Oh and I dont have health insurance and paid about $400 for my surgery when the other place I went to the first time charged me $2,000 (yes for one ear and my growth came back) So I HIGHLY recommend this place, they know what theyre doing! 10/10 experience!

The best thing Ive ever done for myself. My surgeon, Dr. Sieffert, is beyond competent. She understood what I wanted and went into great detail in explaining how it would happen. She talks to you as a friend and gets excited for you about the change in your appearance. The nose splints were removed one week after surgery and it looked much better than before surgery, even with the swelling! My nose looks better everyday as the swelling subsides. The staff is great! They are kind, considerate and knowledgeable. Have never been to an office like this before.

I love Dr. Donaldson and Bobbie! I have never had plastic surgery before so I was extremely nervous but definitely ready! They both made me feel completely comfortable and explained everything in detail. What was even more amazing is that I was on a time limit as Im moving to Florida in less than a month. So he did all his measurements and he gave me 3 different size options for my implants and once I decided we went over all the paperwork and I scheduled my surgery for the very next day that way he would be able to oversee my healing process before I leave! I am completely ecstatic with my results! I couldnt have imagined them turning out better than they did. He listened to exactly what I wanted and he delivered! Thank you Dr Donaldson and Bobbie! Yall Rock!!! If and when I decide to have something else done I will definitely be flying back from Florida to see yall!

My second procedure I had already moved to Texas but because i felt so comfortable the first time , I couldnt see myself going to any other surgeon. His OR nurse Bobbi is just as great. I was a recipient of botox at a special event they had for select essential workers. It was the first time I had interactions with this office. From the first contact on the phone with Jill, I am very impressed with their professionalism. At the same time they are not clinical and just treating you like a number. You can really tell that they are very patient focused and want to give everyone the best experience and results.Their office has a very welcoming environment. This is the first time I had ever had a botox treatment. Adrienne is who I was paired with. She was just so down to earth and wanted to make sure I got the result I wanted. She was excited because I had never had botox before! I told her what I was wanting to address on my face and then she told me exactly what she would be doing. The treatments were nearly painless and I felt really comfortable the whole time. I will definitely be returning to DPS in the future to continue with botox, and explore other options that I am interested in. I was extremely pleased with the overall experience!!!

Very professional and caring staff. Being a male I was somewhat apprehensive about going in to see what could be done about a remnant facial scar and wrinkling resulting from removal of a skin cancer many years ago. Dr. Donaldson gave me several possible choices and then recommended what he thought would be the best choice, given my end goal. Well, it has only been a couple weeks since my treatment and I am exceedingly happy with the results. All you marcho men out there take note...its really OK to stop facial wrinkles in their tracks.

Theres not much more intimidating than going to a plastic surgeons office for a consult. But this practice made my experience incredibly relaxed, informative, and comfortable. The nurses are kind, loving and encouraging, while Dr. Donaldson is an amazing, calm listener and professional. I decided on this practice for my surgery after talking to OR nurses. They see the real doctors in action and several said that Dr. Donaldsons patients recover better and faster because his surgical technique is so gentle, methodical and precise. While others are rougher in surgery, he takes purposeful care of his patients path. I had a fast, almost painless recovery and am thrilled with the results. Would only trust this doctor and staff moving forward! Highly, highly recommend!

The team was great, good customer service, made me feel special. They took the belly fat (mini liposuction) and put ii in my face. I am 62 and face was starting to sag. Very noticeable in pictures. Now I look in the upper 40's again. I was told this would last 7 to 10 years or more. Well worth it. Also their lobby has mineral water and chocolates and you leave with complementary skin care samples.

The staff and Dr Donaldson are so passionate about what they do. I ended up with an after surgery issue that could not have been foreseen. Dr Donaldson and his staff stayed with me literally 24 hours a day while I recuperated from my set back. Dr Donaldson was at my bed side morning noon and night which really helped me to recover not only physically but mentally as well. I'm obviously not qualified to say that Dr Donaldson and his staff are at the top of their field but I can tell you these folks will do whatever it takes to get it right!!! My experience with Dr Donaldson has been wonderful! I had a breast reduction /lift done. Before getting it done I did a lot of research and even watched the awful videos on you tube. I was scared about getting the surgery done but it was something that I had wanted to do for a long time. After thinking long and hard and having many discussions with my husband I decided to pick a doctor and make an appointment. From the very first appointment Dr Donaldsons staff was always very nice and always glad to answer any questions I had. Surgery went very well, I was home the same day and although I was very sore they gave me strong enough pain medication that my pain was minimal and they gave me enough to last until I didnt need it. I thought that it was extremely nice that the doctor called me at home to check on me that evening. How many doctors do that!? A few weeks of taking it easy and then pretty much back to normal activity after that. Now to the best part of all of this, I am extremely pleased with the results!!! I would highly recommend Dr Donaldson and his team for all of your Plastic Surgery needs!!! Thank you Dr Donaldson on a job well done!!! You are awesome!!!
