I am so grateful that a friend recommended Dr.Smith for my sons dog bite. With it being on his face we were terrified about scaring. Dr.Smith and his team were so welcoming our first visit and came up with a great treatment plan. During my visit with my dental provider, the dentist discovered on a CBCT scan that my septum severely deviated. My dentist recommended I find an ENT specialist to see what treatment options were available. I researched with my insurance which provider was close, in-network, and had good reviews. I found Smith Facial Plastics, where I scheduled a consultation. My first impression during the call was wow, the reception is extremely friendly and bubbly. Fast forward to my meeting Dr. Scott. During the consultation, we discussed my concerns, after investigating my medical history and complications with breathing through my nasal passage he recommended surgery as the nonsurgical avenues I had tried previously were unsuccessful. I was also introduced to Dr. Stephen during this consultation and welcomed to the office by him. Had I known many years ago the relief I would get after surgery, I would have done it much sooner! I thought what I was going through was normal. I can breathe much better with an 80-90% improvement post-surgery. Dr. Scott and his staff are friendly, caring, and interested about you as a patient. Reminder calls, post-op calls, and any other interactions are met with an amiable person on the other end of the line! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone for their care!

I recently had a septo/rhinoplasty with Dr. Stephen Smith. My experience has been great so far. (3 weeks post op) He has gone above and beyond to answer my questions and even personally gave me his cell number before surgery so I could contact him with any questions, concerns, or problems after my surgery. When I was having lots of post surgery anxiety, Dr Smith took the time to return my text with a phone call and reassure my mind. He also encouraged me to come to his office that week, ahead of my scheduled 1 month appointment, to then spend at least 30 addition minutes to talk with me. I never felt rushed or dismissed in any thing I threw his way. He has also stated in many interactions that he is confident in his work, but let me know that he stands by his results and will make sure I am pleased. I am very happy with the process so far and look forward to see the my results down the road. His consult fee is a bit high, but I was willing to pay knowing his education, experience and trusted referrals.

Dr. Smith has done corrective surgery on our son who was born with a bilateral cleft lip. First, he performed rhinoplasty on the nose, then a lip revision for his upper lip and finally laser surgery to refine the scar tissue. We feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Smith. I used to play soccer and I got kicked in the face which made my nose crooked and made it hard to breathe out of. I had a rhinoplasty done with Dr. Smith. Hes very a personable and down to earth person. He made me feel extremely comfortable coming into this because I was very nervous. When I had questions, he told me flat out how it was going to be and was very realistic. My recovery was a breeze. Ive heard horror stories about getting this procedure done and how your face is going to be so swollen and bruised but that definitely was not the case. I had one eye that was slightly bruised but other than that, my face really wasnt that swollen. I absolutely recommend him.
