My 18 yr old daughter went to this office apt alone because I was working. She received mail from this office on Friday stating she needed to pay $1000 out of pocket for the following Mondays 7:35am wisdom teeth surgery. What office sends payment notices due on the weekend? Then when we arrive for the apt we are informed that the bill is an estimated price and no payment plan. AGAIN, what 18 yr old college student has $1000 just laying around? What adult has an unexpected $1000 to just pay? I offered to pay some and make payments and they refused. My daughters wisdom teeth are so painful and swollen. She was prescribed antibiotic mouth wash. The office worker did not work with us, didnt offer to get the doctor, office manager. Nothing. Blank face she stated thats how they do things and its an estimated cost. Estimated cost!!??? Then estimate zero because youre getting thousands from both my insurance companies. I do NOT recommend this place. Rude, money hungry, and not in the business for patient care. If there was a zero star option Id give that. And by a college campus. Shame! Stay clear of this place.

Dr. Pavlick is awesome and so is his staff! He's honest and up front and includes you in the decision making process from start to end. He doesn't like to make important decisions for you without your input, Even if that results in a few less bucks for him. He has a natural way of making you feel comfortable and relaxed. In my opinion he's one of the best and you would be foolish to consider anyone else! I'd give him 100 's if Google would let me! Thank you Dr. Matt!
