I saw Lisa the medical esthetician and she transformed my skin in one treatment. I came with active cystic breakouts, and she customized my treatment so perfectly. I showed up feeling hopeless because I had tried EVERYTHING medical and felt so self conscious. Lisa made me feel so comfortable and at home. My skin felt much less inflamed, congested, and dull. I saw a noticeable difference I had not seen since before my daughter. I took home products she recommended to work on at home treatment, and after 3-4 weeks my skin is now 97% better. She saved my face with barely any irritation during the process. Very grateful!!

I am VERY VERY happy with my entire experience with Dr. Kesler and his staff. Everyone was very nice including MAs, nursing staff, and physicians. Every single person has a smile on their face and is very welcoming. Staff kept me SO informed and helped explain everything in detail- pre surgery, during surgery, and after surgery. On surgery day, I was informed and knew exactly what was going to happen because of the extensive education before the procedure. I knew exactly what to expect.My results from the breast reduction done by Dr. Kesler are phenomenal. I would highly recommend Arrowhead Plastics for a breast reduction/ other plastic procedures. I do not regret my decision getting a reduction, best decision Ive made. Im glad I chose Arrowhead Plastics they made this journey a great experience.

I've had 2 procedures performed, first was a full face lift in 2013,, and just last year I had laser done around my eyes and mouth, and face. The results were fantastic, best decision I ever made. I had abdominoplasty surgery done last August with Dr. Kesler, along with an anterior cystocele repair(done same day, different surgeon) for bladder prolapse. This is my experience: I am a military wife, and mom of four kids and struggled for years with a diastasis and feeling insecure about excess skin on my belly. I was frustrated by the relative weakness of my abdominal muscles , especially being an active,athletic woman. I felt like my insides were literally bulging out and that I was falling apart.It was discouraging to have to wear pants that were really too big in order to feel comfortable in my clothes. I dress modestly, and I did not have this surgery for strictly aesthetic reasons, though I will say that the look of all the excess skin I had really bothered me as well and it affected my confidence greatly (even though I have a very loving and supportive husband, who loves me no matter what)My back used to ache from over compensating for my lack of strength in my abdomen, my belly button area would hurt and,in retrospect, I think the damage done to my tissue during my pregnancies even affected digestion, because I dont have nearly as many issues with that (7 months post op) as I did before. Dr. Kessler is great! His bedside manner is top notch. He has a warm and caring personality. His surgical skills are amazing. The repair he did on my damaged muscles has proven to be everything he said it would be and my scar is thin and fading quickly. I know everybody is different, but I am very fair skinned and have had other much smaller surgeries which left me with much less precise scars, so I feel like that speaks to his ability with a scalpel.I felt very nervous going in for my consultation (and I am typically skeptical of doctors, so I was on high alert) and he and his staff(Monique is the nurse I saw most often and she is wonderful!)put my fears at ease. He is very knowledgeable, has all the certifications, experience and training I was looking for and his nursing staff made me feel right at home. I followed pre and post operative instructions to the letter and healed quickly. I still have a little bit of swelling on one side(very minimal, and I'm working on massaging that area to resolve it), but I am confident it will resolve. Everything else I worried about post op has, and I have learned to trust Dr. Kesler's advice. Overall, I just I feel like a new person. My abdominal strength is back and better than it was before kids! That alone is enough to make me feel like this procedure is something that should be covered by insurance, not to mention the effect it has had on my self esteem and how good it feels to be able to wear jeans and not zip my skin into them. I thought about doing this for years and worried about 'being vain' or possible negative outcomes, alot. I prayed about it, talked to my friends and husband and ultimately decided to go for it. I'm so glad I did! At 7 months post op, I can lift weights, run , skate, do everything and more than I could before surgery. My clothes fit right, and I dont spend any time obsessing over my 'belly issues' any more. It has truly been a life changing experience and I am so grateful to Dr. Kesler and his awesome team!

Dr. Kesler did a fabulous job removing some skin cancer on my forehead and closing the surgical site. One month since the surgery and you hardly notice the 3-4' incision. His staff his phenomenal, as well.

Went in for acne scarring. I was told to do the fraxel for my type of scarring. The doctor told me he'd go light and then come back up to five times in which he's turn the setting up. Each time was 500!! After two times, I saw no results. I then went somewhere else that said they should have never used fraxel and should have used the CO2 laser one time in which it only cost 1,000, but it was only one time. I saw much more dramatic results with this procedure and am very disappointed a skilled Doctor didn't recommend the right procedure for my scarring. I'm upset I wasted my time and money (1,000) in which they wanted me to come back 3 more times after that and then said it would help to come back every year as well. I felt like this was a complete waste and would not be going back here again.

Dr Dalagiannis is the best Plastic Surgeon in the area, if not the state and the world. There is not a time you go in and he is not smiling. He is ALWAYS kind, caring. He truly is looking out for the patient and the patient's best interest. He is honest and sincere and you can trust what he says. I went there for botox. The doctor said I used 80 units so my bill was over $ 800. I've kept up the botox at different places and never use more than 20 units. Injected in same places on my face there is no way I used 80 units. Buyer Beware!
