I went to this doctor a month ago to get temporary lip filler. Two weeks go by and I have what feel like rocks in both my top and bottom lip, not only that but my top lip is clearly bigger on one side. So I went into see the Dr again. He acted like he couldnt see the difference in my top lip and pretty much said you cant expect it to be perfect and I dont but its clearly bigger on one side, when it came to these rocks in my lips he pretty much said oh well deal with it and went on to tell me that I should spend 4000 on fixing my eye bags. He didnt even offer to fix his mistake. So now a month later I still have these rocks in my lips and an uneven top lip. Dont waste your money, please go to a real doctor.

I went and got my lips done for the first time ever by Dr.GentileTwo weeks go by and one side my top lip is smaller than the other, I had what felt like rocks in my top and bottom lip. I went back to see the doctor, I told him my problems and he literally pretended that my lip wasn't bigger one side, he said you cant expect things to be perfect. which I don't but its clear that it isn't equal, he didn't even offer to fix his mistake. Told me that these rocks were just filler and to massage them out like I had been doing, pretty much said oh well forget about that lets fix your dark bags for $4000 dollars. A month later and I'm stuck with botched lips and rocks in my mouth. Do not go here.

I went to Dr.Gentile over a month ago to get temporary lip filler, this would be my very first time getting filler. Instead of offering to fix his mistake he then goes on to tell me that my bags make me look 36 and that I should spend 4000 getting them fixed. A month later and I still have knots in my lips and my top lip is still uneven. Please do not go here and get anything done. Go to a real doctor.

I had ponytail mid face and neck lift on Jan. 10, 2020 and laser resurfacing on entire face. Dr. Gentile is a perfectionist and very well educated in newer, better procedures. I would trust no one but him with my face or my familys. He did a rhinoplasty on my daughter, changed her life for the better. I have gone through a terrible 2019 and this procedure even only a week out has already boosted my self esteem and self confidence. He has the best bedside manner plus hes honest and upfront with you. His staff are all so knowledgeable and considerate. I am moving soon, but will ALWAYS come back here to use him for his anti aging procedures and products. Hes the best in my book. Awesome.

Dr Gentile and staff are amazing- so genuine and warm both in person and over the phone! I personally appreciated the open assessment of the cost, being a self pay customer. Any previous doctors offices I have been to, beat around the bush or avoid an answer. Dr Gentile quoted the work to be done in 2 minutes flat. I was amazed.As far as work- my procedure was minor given his expertise. But it was done very thoroughly and I felt very cared for. I also didnt wait around for 45 minutes in the lobby or in an empty room. Entire experience was a delight! I have already highly recommended Dr Gentile to my co-workers. I went there over a year ago to one of their open houses. The ladies in the office were wonderful, the office itself was very nice. I am still 'botched' by this doctor. Under my RIGHT eye you can still see a pouch that looks swollen, I'm not sure if it's filler that has never dissolved or what. Although it's not a huge area it does bother me. I personally will never return. FOLLOW UP: I was contacted today by a lady in the office about my review of the services. I was informed that 'legal' action could be taken against me if I don't change my post. I will not take down my post. What am saying is accurate and truthful. Not my opinion. I have a small lump (puffiness) still under my RIGHT eye. This bothers me, I do not like it and it wasn't there previously. I do not post random insulting reviews, in fact I do not mean for this to be insulting in any way. Again, I am just giving an honest review from my own experience. Nothing more, nothing less.

From the moment I entered their pristine office, I felt at ease and at home. The staff is so courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr Gentile is one of the most down to earth doctors I have ever been to. Not only is he extremely talented as a surgeon, he is so kind and explained everything that was going to take place during the surgery in full. I had no apprehension at all. The day of my laser neck lift surgery, I was given a shot of Demerol and local anesthesia. The surgery went so smoothly. I returned the following day for a check up and in a week for partial suture removal. It has been about two months post op and thus far, the results are amazing. My double chin is gone. I still have a little bit of swelling, but it is going away. I wouldn't hesitate to have Dr Gentile do another procedure, due to his wonderful demeanor, knowledge, and staff. I highly recommend Dr. Gentile !

Ripped me off my $100 because I would not and could not afford the expensive series they suggested then offered to give me one treatment for the same price as getting 3 done.
