Arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early. Waited nearly an hour in their waiting room. Receptionist 'made an announcement' to the room stating 'y'all are new patients, this is how it normally is and today is a slow day.' The TV was loud and on some shopping channel. Another patient asked if they could change it? The other receptionist told her it's never been a problem before and most of their customers are fine with it' and completely dismissed her. When I finally got called back for my appointment, I simply asked to see Dr. Gallagher and was told by the nurse 'it would still be awhile as there were 3 customers ahead of me waiting.' So I walked out. I'm not going to waste my time, he charges a hefty price for his time, I already lost over an hour's pay from work. NO DOCTOR IS THAT GOOD! If he can't handle the workload, then he shouldn't take on new customers. At the very least, he shouldn't schedule them so close if he can't handle the workload.

Epic Fails

The Dr. Seems ok, but this is is a sorry excuse for a medical office. Very poor schedule setup. Very rude, ugly staff. They will laugh at your concerns. They will change your appt at the last min. You will wait over an hour past your scheduled time. If you ask the receptionist, she will tell you the wait is always this long, that today is not even bad. While you wait over an hour past your scheduled time, they will play the shopping network on a large tv very loudly. If you ask if they can change it, they will make fun of you amongst one another. The person beside us literally just called their insurance company to see who else they could see besides this Dr because they do not enjoy waiting an hour for an appointment while listening to the shopping network too loudly.
