Best ENT! To the point and super knowledgeable. Some past reviews complained about unfriendliness, I didnt get that feeling at all. Im focused on my health and Im not there to make friends, even though everyone was very kind to me. Im there for the best medical care from an expert and thats what I get. Dr. Kaisers knowledge and experience is unmatched.

Did not listen after just 1 minutes he decided I should pay him to put tubes in my ears then try a Meniett ther as py that is unproven and only temporary works in about half. Did not listen to my problems I needed him for. Just a I m better than you attutude.

Dr. Kaiser was very kind and personable to myself and my two year old. He listened to our issues and had her scheduled for surgery in less than two weeks. She recovered marvelously and is a whole new toddler. I am forever grateful to him, Dr. Snell, and their staff for the wonderful care we received.

I have been Dr Kaiser's patient for a number of years now. He has corrected a number of different problems with my ears and discovered that I have an issue with oxygen deficiency when sleeping. In my view he has provided me with the very best professional care. I will continue seeing him for my medical issues. He is a no nonsense doctor that not only gets directly to your problem but will not administer unnecessary tests or procedures, that cost you more money out of your pocket. I highly recommend him.

Highly disappointed in this doctor. My husband was admitted into the hospital for a totally different problem and while in the hospital started having a ear ache. Dr. Kaiser was the doctor who was called in to consult and literally walked into the hospital room and said 'what do you need from me?' REALLY!!! He never even looked into my husbands ear!! Then said, 'I will give you some ear drops and then when you get released just come see me.' Thats what my husband did today. Today at his office his RUDE personality was the same!!!! Will NEVER USE THIS DOCTOR AGAIN AND WILL TELL ALL FAMILY AND FRIENDS NOT TO USE HIM!!!!

I was referred to this dr from the audiologist on fort sill. Upon arrival, I was initially taken in for a hearing test administered by a rather rude man. I thought it was odd that he acted like I was bothering him and an inconvenience to his day, but I knew he wasn't the dr so I didn't get upset. I meantioned his behavior to the nurse who took me back to see the dr. She was sweet and apologetic. Then dr kaiser came in. He was stiff and unwelcoming. He asked a couple questions about why I was there. I explained that I was following through with on-post directions to see him to rule out one possibility of what is causing my issue. He was condisending and told me that he could order the test, but, in so many words said what's really the point? I was a little taken back by this since the whole reason I was there was to rule something out. I changed the subject to another issue I had. I am in no way knowledgeable or educated in any of these issues and I was asking questions. Each one of my questions were responded to with arrogance and hostility. I finally just told him I was uncomfortable being there and would find another ENT and I walked out. I am going to let the clinic on-post know of his and his staffs behavior so no one else will inconvenience this highly unprofessional Dr.**Response to owners response: I did not arrive with an attitude. I had been waiting for this appointment for about a month and was happy to finally be going. There was no attempt for conversation by the audiologist. He was silent except to monotonely tell me he was going to put some things in my ears and give me a hearing test. I tried to make a couple jokes with him and he was none responsive. He did not engage me, talk to me, or explain what he was doing beyond that he was doing it. As far as name calling, I did tell the nurse he was a jerk, Because that's what he acted like. Dr Kaiser, was even more rude. I absolutely left before he examined me. Who would want to be examined by someone who is talking down to them? Again, I was sent to this man for a specific test to rule something out, not to be told that there's no point in the test. I asked questions, not because I am a child or need a parent, but because I was looking for information from an expert. As far as cost is concerned, it wasn't brought up during my visit as it wasn't a concern of mine and I have no idea why it was brought up in the dr's response. If you are looking for someone who will make you feel comfortable and answer your questions, and not treat you like you are stupid, I suggest that you go somewhere else. I think this doctor needs to be reminded that regardless of his degrees or years of experience, he is still in the business of helping people and customer service. And lastly, this is a review of the Dr not a review of me. If he doesn't like his reviews and finds it necessary to reply to them by further putting the patient down then he might want to reconsider how he speaks to people in his office.
