DR. DEREK SHADID and ALL OF HIS STAFF ARE AMAZING LIKE NO OTHER! Dr. Shadid is a PLASTIC SURGERY SUPERSTAR - he is precise and takes his time to make sure everything is perfect. He is so kind he wants to make sure you understand everything and he answers all your questions. Dr. Shadid is so calm it helps you stay calm. The girls at the office are very considerate and extremely helpful with any questions or anything else they can help you with. I had breast reduction - after living my whole life with with back and neck pain. I am happy to say I no longer have a lump on my neck - it was gone within three days after my surgery. I love my new breasts, they are just the right size. I would highly recommend Dr. Derek Shadid and his whole office. They live up to their FIVE STAR RATING!!!!!!!!!

I cant say enough about Dr. Shadid!!! I am more than ecstatic about my procedure!! He did a tummy tuck and a lift with new high profile implants. I went to Dr Jones who left me feeling discouraged..he was so cocky and just rude. Dr Shadid listened to me and took so much time with me. I talked with him about my expectations and what I was looking for and he made it happen... I cant say enough about this miracle worker!!!

Dr. Derek Shadid and his staff are over the top. His practice is comprised of health care professionals who demonstrate the epitome of patient care. I was a bilateral mastectomy patient, faced with making decisions without much time to ponder. Dr. Shadid is very approachable, kind, and compassionate. His manner flows through each member of his staff as well. He truly listens, and took the time to answer all of my reconstruction questions. Hes very thorough, and disregards nothing. Dr. Shadid remained fully accessible at all times beyond the perioperative period. I began my journey with a sense of dread and feelings of uncertainty. Dr. Derek is amazing. He and his staff are professional, competent, and friendly. I had a circumferential body lift with contouring, which is a HUGE procedure. I am still only 4 weeks post op and every week it gets better and better. So far, I absolutely LOVE the results. Thank you, Dr. Derek, for helping me renovate my forever home. :)

Dr. Shadid and his staff are wonderful - they are so friendly and walk you through every step of the way. Shadid's work is absolutely amazing, he is a perfectionist (which is a good thing) but also very realistic regarding your expectations and takes considerable time to make sure you get the best results possible. His tummy tuck procedure is one of the best in the industry (having compared my results and experience with friends who used other surgeons). A nurse once told me that among her fellow nurses, a tummy tuck from Dr. Shadid was the gold standard. I have to agree. When it came to a later breast reconstruction after a double mastectomy he was my first choice and highly recommended by my doctors. He did amazing work on my breast reconstruction (they are honestly better than before!). You will not be disappointed!

I am not sure where to even begin, Dr. Derek Shadid was the 6th I had a consult with and within the first 10 minutes I knew that I was at the right place. I cried at every other consultation but never ever felt that emotional feeling with Dr. Shadid. He was all about me and how I wanted to feel, I didn't feel like just another patient. I have worked with Dr. Shadid for 9 years at the place he performs his procedures. We have a ton of plastic surgeons that go there. I chose Dr. Derek for my surgeon and his brother Dr. Chris as my anesthesia because of their skill and professionalism. In all my years being a nurse I have never seen a pair of doctors be more OCD about sterile/clean technique than I have in these two. Dr. Derek does AMAZING work. And I have seen patients who have used previous surgeons then goto Dr. Derek to get 'fixed'. His OCD makes him a fantastic surgeon. I would and have recommended him to friends and family.
