Very happy to now be part of Utica Park clinic. I've chosen Dr Battles and sm very pleased with her. My first visit she was very thorough and answered all my questions. Her assist Van, was also very kind and having to phone me with different things was always considerate. I'm very happy with my choice ..

I'm finding a new doctor. One that knows how to write a prescription, & doesn't leave her patients suffering after surgery. Worst care I've ever had in my 52 years. And her staff is just as bad & rude. All it would've taken is an 'I'm so sorry' instead they treated me like a pill head. I have never been a pill popper. I JUST HAD SURGERY! I would like to see this so called doctor go through the surgery I did & physical therapy I am now going through with no meds. I'm talking muscle relaxers not hard core pain meds that I chose not to take because they make me feel horrible. In desperation I have taken 5 of them because Dr. Battles screwed up my muscle relaxer prescription. I took less than the bottle said...I only took them when I was desperate. Unacceptable. Obviously, she did not take the time to get to know me. She cut me off several times while I was trying to tell her my concerns during my appointment...to tell me about her husband...I don't care...I'm paying you to listen to me & come up with a solution. I am Roxanna Kay and I approve this message. If I could rate negative numbers I would...1 star is way to many.

Dr. Battles is my boys ped since Scilas retired. We absolutely love her so much. She is awesome and my 6 yr old gets excited to get to go see her. So blessed to have her!!!
