Had a 'lip flip' at the spa. VERY pleased with the results. I am 51 and have lost volume in my upper lip. Just had my new license photo taken, and it was noticeable in the DMV photo (and that's never a good photo!) I will probably go filler next time, for a longer effect, because I feel comfortable with their abilities.

The doctor is extremely rude do not go here if you are trying to get a tummy tuck he is very rude if he can't help you with your problem he just says rude things about your situation and makes you feel more insecure yes this doctor is not good at all

I do love all peoples that work in this Plastic Surgery! Dr. Ratlif and his nurses is the best . I was impressed on how Dr. Ratlif did my breast augmentation, he listen, he answers all my question. He so knowledgeable and give you exactly what you want. I did my breast last month and something wrong with it Is not big deal but he is so on top of everything.. i love the Doctor and the nurses and Ms. Anesthesiologists they all Great People. Dr. Ratliff is an artist. Technical skills aside, surgeons have to imagine the finished piece, and then mold/shape it into being. There is an art to this. And Ratliff is a Rembrandt. Also, he has a great bedside manner: easy going, funny and will answers all your questions. I couldn't be more pleased with the results of my recent surgery. Additionally, the staff was great. All very caring and helpful.

I went for a 'complimentary' consultation and scheduled my appointment putting $350 down. I received a call saying that they needed to reschedule because they wouldn't be performing surgeries anymore on the day I had scheduled. I called to let them know that I had changed my mind and wanted to have one more child before having anymore procedures. Amanda informed me that my deposit would only remain good for 6 months. I informed Amanda that I can't have a child in only 6 months and asked what would happen to my deposit. She told me that it would not be refunded. Despite the fact that I called 4 months in advance of the operation. She was also not listening to anything I had to say. I feel like this office is stealing my money and being extremely uncompromising. God forbid someone want to have a child and change plans. If my money was going to go toward my surgery and my surgery is now not going to be performed then I don't see why I can't have my money back. Amanda seems to think that putting a few papers together and my 'complimentary consultation' is deserving of my hard earned money. I think Amanda is a fan of theft. I want my money back because no services have been performed. Guess I won't get it but hopefully my experience will help other people from being robbed.

Dr Ratliff performed my surgeries in 2004. He did a beautiful job and took the time to answer all my questions. He listened to my concerns over a previous bad experience with having a really rough time vomiting blood/intense headache as I was being awakened from surgery, and he went above and beyond to make sure his anesthesiologist took measures to ensure a smooth nausea free post open experience. Just had surgery today and I could not have hoped for a better experience! The staff and Dr. Schiesel were amazing and unbelievably efficient. The professional care I received from everyone including nurses, anesthesia, the front desk and Dr. Schiesel far exceeded any expectations! I cannot wait to see the final result! I had my BA surgery in February 2017 not even 4 months later they were sagging terribly & my implants started flipping. The first time they flipped, I called the office & Dr. Schiesel got me right in & flipped it back over. Thought maybe it was just going to be a one time thing. NOPE! It happens at least once or twice a WEEK! Went back to talk with her about it bc it was pretty ridiculous I had just had my surgery & 4 months later they were saggy & implants flipping constantly. She told me I couldnt have anything done until November bc of blood supply ect & that she would follow up with me with pricing as she would speak to Dr. Ratliff. Never heard a word. Im so sick of having flipped implants. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!! Go somewhere who wants to help you & actually cares about what YOU want!! And not just money! I can not wait until winter so I can have them fixed the RIGHT way!!!!

Horrible experiences, I'm left with half done surgeries. I paid full a mommy makeover in cash! He did the tummy tuck but left my flanks! It's horrible. Not to mention I was treated horribly by Amanda. I will never go back, Amanda was one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. My originalPost was somehow erased, telling others about being treated like crap. I wrote my original post and after Amanda came in my room and confronted me rudely about my opinion about her! Very unprofessional! Be warned.

Dr Brenda did a breast aug and tummy tuck (and fixed my diastasis). The results are better than I ever thought they would be. I am so so happy with her work. I feel so confident. She staff is amazing as well. And I love that when you have an appointment, you always get seen on or before your appointment time. I hate making appointments and then having to wait 15+ minutes to even be taken back. They are always on time, friendly, and do great work. Dr. Shesiel even called the day after my surgery to make sure I was doing ok and asked if we had any questions or concerns about anything. I tell every one about her and the PSC team!

I recently had upper and lower eyes and lower face lift, I am BLOWN away by the service and care that was given to me! Brenda Schiesel was amazing! The first visit was a year out from surgery, then for a second visit to ease any pre-surgery gitters, to right down to giving me her direct phone number so that my care giver could contact her with any questions or issues after surgery and responding immediately when messaged, But her awesomeness doesn't stop there!!!!! I elected to have my surgery over the Holiday so I could take advantage of the extra time off. Brenda came to my home not once but twice to check in on me and later to remove my stitches. This demonstrates the level of care she gives not only to her patients but her staff. One last little thing, my grand children happened to be here when she removed the stitches, Brenda was so informative and pulled them into what she was doing by getting them to assist her, that to me was PRICELESS! HA I have been going on and on about her character, I have failed to mention how great I feel and how happy with the results at this point during the healing process. I am just shy of 2 weeks out, and have had many compliments on how my eyes are wide open and awake!!!! I can hardly wait for the full recovery results! Thank You ! Thank You !VERY satisfied

My wife went in for a BodyTite event and consultation. She was treated wonderfully by the Front Office staff but rudely by the female doctor in the office. My wife expressed questions about a physical condition she has and was simply wanting to know if she would be a candidate for the procedure. The doctor was very rude and unprofessional in her questioning and evaluation. The doctor was very negative about my wife's condition (of which she cannot help) and even stated that if my wife had won a prize in the recent event drawing that she would have to take it away from her and give it to someone else! Basically, she was saying that my wife was taking up her time and needed to leave. I work with clients all day long in my profession and I would never speak to them so rudely and bluntly. Every doctor has the right to refuse to do a procedure on anyone for any reason. But, being rude and judgmental and condescending about a condition that someone cannot help is unprofessional and a disgrace to the medical community. I will not recommend this clinic to anyone, or will my wife and I do, however, recommend that you check yourself first before-hand and make sure that you are a perfect specimen before attempting to go here.
