This was a good experience throughout with good preparation, skillful surgery, clear instructions for after-surgery care, resulting in an excellent outcome. Dr. Schiedler is an outstanding doctor in many ways. She is an excellent surgeon who did an absolutely perfect job on my eyelid surgery. My vision has improved significantly. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! Dr. Schiedler is truly a one of a kind surgeon. I recently went through a very complicated procedure involving basal cell carcinoma of the lower eyelid. Of all the doctors I have seen for a neurological condition (BEB) I have had for nineteen years Dr. Vivian Schiedler is the very best. When I initially called her office she spoke with me at length. On my first visit there was a mix up and I arrived a day earlier than the office schedule showed. The staff worked with her and I was treated that day, saving me a return trip to Ashland from Grants Pass. Dr. Schiedler has been the most gentle, caring and capable doctor I have seen for this condition. She is better than anyone else at insuring that my bruising is minimal or non-existent from the injections. She takes time with me and listens to me which reduces the stress of the entire procedure to practically nothing. Her staff is excellent, too. They are always extremely friendly and accommodating. Finding her was a true blessing to me. I highly recommend her and her staff to anyone.
