They charge your insurance for doing nothing but vitals and I am sure they would not even do that if they could get away with it. All you are doing by coming here is exposing yourself to germs. They refuse to test for anything ever. Wish I could give less than one star.

We were traveling to AZ... I became ill on the trip .. went to Walmart they sent me to urgent care in Cottage Grove. I was hesitant, due to the time and I was in a non familiar town. I am so grateful for the referral and the staff at cottage grove urgent care. They were minutes from closing and still attended to me. Very professional, patient and empathetic to my illness. Great care!!! Sent me on my way after treating me. Monday morning I receive a call from them making sure I was feeling better. Restored my faith in health care.... and also urgent care facilities. Thanks to the staff at Cottag Grove.. you are awesome!!!

If I could give less stars I would! While the receptionist was polite with me and understanding, the wait time is absolutely atrocious!The care you receive is subpar at best, I watched a man bleed out of his kneecap sit for two and a half hours in the waiting room! The doctors run no test, while asking you what YOU think is wrong with you and then provide little to no solutions to it, this for profit ER needs to be evaluated on their medical procedures.

Excellent service! From Bridget the receptionist, to the doctors and Nurse's. I felt very well taken care of! I went in on a Saturday, and the doctor that worked that day seemed to genuinely care about his patients.Wish all doctors were like him! I believe a lot of doctors are about the prestige and money. The best ones obviously care about what their job is about, and my experience at peace health demonstrated that.I'm writing this so they keep up the good work!

I don't know about the emergency services, but our pediatrician is here, and I love her and this facility. Very beautiful hospital but not huge or crowded. Staff made us feel they had time for us and very gentle with our child.

The nurse's are amazing, they got me in as soon as they could. Made me feel welcomed and made me for get I was so sick for a little bit. Lots of laughter. The took care of my the best they could.

ER visit. Chose to go there instead of Springfield or Eugene and glad we did, seeing those reviews. Prompt care. The doctor was knowledgeable and compassionate. Gave excellent and attentive care even though he was busy. Nursing care was very good except 3 tries for IV. I'd give 4.5 stars if I could.

Even with an appointment you wait forever. I went here when I had strep and they didn't want to give me any meds for it. I had to go somewhere else. Come on strep! It'd not like I was asking g for pain killers.

I understand the ER is a crazy place, but the wait time is ridiculous. They do not go in the order of who has been waiting the longest or who is in more need to be seen. They let people who whine and complain go in before people who have been there way longer, or need to be seen. When you do see a Dr they are often rude, and don't seem to want to help people. You can occasionally get one who actually seems to care. There should be more then 1 Dr working in an ER. Maybe if there were more Drs working they wouldn't be so rude and inconsiderate. They need a better system for patient care and the order in which it is conducted. And a better attitude towards patients.

Avoid. Your wait will be painfully long. Super slow. They are in no hurry to try and make an already uncomfortable situation better. Talked to two different walk in clinics and they wouldn't take us, sent to emergency room. Care in the Lane County area is horrible anyway ALL AROUND. Should have went to Springfield where they get you in within 30 minutes. THIS IS TOTALLY CRAZY AND SENSLESS to wait this long! No ambulances same in, one person in waiting room, several nurses that we could see yet we WAITED AND WAITED. Still waiting. Christmas movies on the TV in July. Just told us at least another 45 minutes. Sure, and can hear them socializing in the ER. Receptionists are slow and rude and we are having to listen to one of them continually complain how tired she is. People go in before you, they say depending on symptoms. Ya, well the kiddo might have a concuasion yet we stll wait. 2 hours in and nothing is moving, yet again can hear people in the back being chatty. Hummmm. Save yourself alot of grief......go to another facility. I'm sure they are more then happy to overcharge insurance for this. Maybe the slower they are they log time as dollars or job security? DO NOT GO HERE.

I drive from Roseburg and avoid horrible Mercy Health just to come to Cottage Grove. This is, by far, the best hospital I have received care at aside from one other in Portland. This hospital is filled with the most friendly and caring people I have ever met at a hospital. Mercy has nice staff but their ER doctors are arrogant and thats not the case at Cottage Grove. Its also very clean. Ive had nothing but positive experiences here in some of the most horrble times of my life medically.

Dr Cronin worst er doctor i have experienced. Made excuses for not even looking into the main problem we were there for. I had questions and she immediately assumes i was second guessing her work. She waa rude and contricted self. I am concerned that after leaving er, my family member may get worse instead of better.

Kimberly Cronin is the worst doctor I have ever had the disadvantage of meeting. I don't know how she still has a job at this hospital. About 7 years ago I came in with 2nd degree burns down the front of my stomach. I was 17 mins you. She accused me of pill seeking and sent me home with over the counter burn cream. My fianc is currently sitting in the CG ER with viral meningitis. Which he was diagnosed with about a week ago. He was admitted into riverbend where he got 3 spinal taps. They released him after just thread days there. In case you don't know what viral meningitis does here's abbot of info. It causes severe nausea, pain and stiffness in the upper back, neck and shoulder, and extreme mograines. In some people I'm the symptoms go away after about 2 weeks. In other cases the pain can be a lifelong thing. So riverbend release my fianc with 3 days worth of pain meds and told him to make an appointment to see his primary. This leaves him without pain meds for 3 days. He can't sleep because he can't lay down. He can't keep food or liquids down. And he has to hold his neck at an angle. He called riverbend to see if he could be readmitted and they told him he has to go to an ER first but they'd be more than happy to start the process after that. So we come to the CG ER. Where DR. Kimberly Cronin yells at him for not trying ibuprofen (he was prescribed 15 mg oxycodone every three hours bye) which he did try and they didn't help. He told her what they said at riverbend and she proceeded to tell him she wasn't readmitting him that she'd put him on IV meds for a couple hours and send him home. He told her he didn't want an IV unless he was being readmitted. She proceeded to yell at him and is treating him like a pill popper. Maybe I'm wrong but I thought a doctors job was to help people... guess not...

Spent several hours vomiting. They wouldn't even help me off the floor. Said nothing was wrong. I left there still vomiting. You bet they billed me for it. The exray tech had to lock me in the imaging room and take care of me so the goons in the ER wouldn't hurt me. I think it's funny, they found a tumor in my gut a year ago? Don't go to Peace Health if you're poor. They'll euthanize you.

Brought friend here....people on phone are very very rude and disrespectful...I believe his name was Tyler....wouldn't let someone that talks to people that way ....even be near an animal of mine....I'd say skip cottage Grove...you would be better off with a veterinarian....

Recently took my husband to this ER. He received very good care and was admitted to the hospital within a couple of hours. They had him in a room directly across from the nurses station. In the same month we had been to Riverbend Peace Health and Mckenzie Willamette. At Riverbend it took 6 hours just to see a doctor and then he was in ER for 24 hours before they had an open bed. At Mckenzie Willamette they have no privacy and very small area for ER, only curtains to divide up bed areas, they are currently under construction and parking is a nightmare. I think that Cottage Grove is a great hospital.

HORRIBLE! Avoid this place if you actually need help. In the last year they have turned my children away multiple times, unwilling to care for them for very serious medical needs such as pink eye, blood in urine, and major allergic reactions, all of which actual doctors have immediately treated. I've watched them turn away Veterans with serious illnesses, assuming they are only trying to get drugs. They have personally turned myself and my wife away when we had serious reactions to medication. This is the WORST ER I have EVER been to. I will drive to Riverbend from now on.They could not even tell the difference between viral and bacterial, while our primary care figured it out in seconds.Just avoid this place, if you value your health or your childrens health, go to Riverbend in Eugene.

I came in contact with 7 people last night here. Most were fine. I was extremely unhappy though with Dr. KIm. She came in to examine me, I need to use the restroom (possible UTI) She said fine. I came back, she was gone and I never saw her until time for me to leave for about 5 minutes. She gave me a perscription for Norco. When I got home, started to take the pill and decided i had better look at the scoop sheet on it,. Don't take if alergic to codeine. I told them no codeine! Did she not read my sheet!!!! Today I get an email that my urine sample was deleted since it had 2 names on it!! I was sent home with no diagnosis for the sever pain I was having. I had heard things about CG emergency room now I know It was true. I prefer a DR. that is interested in helping me.

The staff seems to have a low value on the patients in this hospital, my friend was admitted screaming in pain and was promptly placed in a bed and ignored for an hour, when they self-admittedly only had three patients in the ER. The nurses sat around while she was writhing in pain, and didn't even offer her help until I went out and asked if they were just going to continue to ignore her.
