Highly recommend Northwest Oral & Implant Surgery! Reached out to them on a Wednesday because I had an infection due to a partially erupted wisdom tooth and was scheduled for surgery two days later. Dr. Sweeney and his staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I was very nervous about the procedure and they helped me feel at ease. Dr. Sweeney also made a follow-up call to check in on me the day of my surgery, which I very much appreciated. :)

I havent even had any work done yet and I had a great experience with everyone at Northwest Oral & Implant Surgery. Today was just a consultation. Everyone was very nice. A couple of the ladies in the office greeted me when I arrived. I had filled out all of my paper work online so I didnt have to sit in the waiting room filling out papers. I was quickly taken back to a room. Bailey was very nice, had all the answers to my questions and made me feel at home. She explained what the Dr would talk to me about. Dr Sweeney came in, did an exam and gave me all of my options for my procedure. He was very thorough and I appreciate that. Answered all of my questions. We decided on a plan with his suggestions and I will go back in 2 weeks to have the work done. I feel very confident with Dr Sweeney.

Always such a professional but fun environment. I spent some time in the waiting room today intentionally listening to staff interact with each other and with patient's (referred to as guests) on the phone. (nothing confidential). Staff seem to love what they do and how they interact with patient's is a class act! I am a repeat guest and have only had amazing experiences with great follow up checking in after procedures. Highly recommend.

When you need more than general dentistry this is the place. The surgeons are MD in addition to DDS - I wouldn't have it any other way. Great support staff. My procedure was quick and smooth, post-op instructions were clear and kudos to the anesthesia, I thought I was being prepped but I was smoothly coming out of it, don't remember the task itself (thankfully). Follow-up call from Doctor Welch to check my progress. Really top notch outfit.

I want to start by saying that this office moved mountains to make sure that I could get in, get my consult and have my wisdom teeth removed right away. Dr. Welch was so incredible at literally everything that he did. Warm smile, inviting, great with needles, straight forward and most of all he didnt sugar coat anything. That is so important to me. I felt like I was family from the moment I was taken back for my consult. Olivia explained everything and was so personable. She made me feel comfortable and held my hand through the entire surgery. 10/10 recommend!

My wisdom teeth removal was initially postponed due to COVID, but when the pain I was in grew to emergency levels, the folks at NW Oral got me in astoundingly quickly. The staff took very good care of me, *especially* considering we are in the middle of a pandemic. The office was very clean, sanitary, and aesthetically pleasing. My whole experience there was very positive. I hope I never need oral surgery again, but if I do, I know where I'm going.

Had it not been for Dr Sweeny I wouldn't have known I had cancer. He was thorough professional and made me comfortable. He was very quick and efficient to get my referred most possibly saved my life. I would most absolutely extend and referral to a friend. I don't know about Welch, but Kevin Sweeney is an angel.

Everyone is super friendly here and you can tell they care about your best interest. It took a lot of stress off me. I had a terrible gum infection around a wisdom tooth. They got me in for consultation and surgery two days after I called. The place I was recommended to go from my emergency dentist visit was going to make me wait a month. Im glad I decided to call them up to see if they could get me in. I decided to just do all my wisdom teeth while I was there. Dr. Sweeney even called to check in on me. Thank you!!!!

On the day of my consultation I left the office feeling great. It seemed that I had actually been listened to for once and my warnings about this that and the other weren't falling on deaf ears!Well. I guess I should've known but come actual appointment day, all that went down the drain. Almost none of my concerns were actually addressed, as soon as the hard part for me (an iv) came I was belittled for having the trouble I had previously warned them about ten times over, called a child for having this problem, and at one point Dr. Sweeney even left the room in what I assume was an attempt to get my ride home to guilt me into submission. When they didn't fall for it he called off the entire appointment (note that he had only tried to put the iv in once at this point and hadn't offered any sort of alternative.) To say I'm hurt and even disgusted at how this went is an understatement. They claim they want to have their patients to have 'a good experience' but somebody explain to me how being treated like a toddler for being anxious, hurt, and then given up on after one attempt is a good experience. I'm a fully grown human being, I need you to respect my requests especially if they are for a second to breathe, not for you to boo hoo hoo and coo at me and throw a fit when treating me like a toddler doesn't work.

It was my first experience with anesthesia so I was a little nervous. Everything went smoothly. They made me feel very comfortable. The tooth extraction was quick and painless. As the anesthetic is wearing off...not so painless. Lol But very manageable with ibuprofen. I would definitely recommend.

Our intake meeting with Toni was a pleasure. Dr. Sweeney was courteous and patient with our myriad questions. Nancy took X-rays and then my husband made her laugh; and, last but not least, Lark cheerfully gave us detailed information regarding cost estimates for different aspects of my husband's prospective treatment.
