Poor effort, corporate attitude

If could give this place a 0. I would you think that you don't need to follow state law well guess again cuz if you don't the d a and the courts will be fileing charges on your office for obstruction of justice and the medical board is being notified of your negligence for state law I would recommend that people start finding a new doctors office to go to

Dr. LaBonte could not have been kinder or more supportive in my clinic visit. She is a very fine doctor! Her staff was focused and friendly!

I use to see Dr Mary pugsley for 6 years, she was compassionate, understanding, she listened to her patients and believed in my desire to continue working towards a more normal, productive life even though I suffer from chronic migraines, seizures, headaches... she was ALWAYS there for me throughout my struggle to reobtain control of the pain I suffer. UNFORTUNATELY, SHE RETIRED:(and in her place you hired doctor karki kantee. I only saw her twice but in my extensive history of medical doctors, surgeons and specialists, she was in the top running for WORST PHYSICIAN EVER!! she refused to even look me in the eyes, she dismissed everything I said, she admitted to never reading my medical history at all, and wanted to immediately change all of my medications. Because of her my PTSD relapsed, I lost 20 lbs in a month and continued getting worse. In addition to that she refused to even acknowledge my chronic pain, despite having a good history of using my medications safely and not once having any problems with addiction or trust from my providers. If I had not found peace Health's specialist group for ppl needing emotional support along with chronic health problems, I probably would have committed suicide. Dr Kantee was apathetic, inconsiderate and unknowledgeable. If OMG is getting low scores in reviews, you may want to consider taking a look at her patient satisfaction scores specifically. Best of luck OMG... you were amazing until she joined your group!

I scheduled a follow-up appointment with my doctor over three weeks ago, moved my schedule around, arranged to take time off from work, but today received a call that due to changes in scheduling procedures the earliest I can now be seen is the end of May. I wasn't asked if I wanted my appointment changed, nor was there indication the Dr. wasn't going to be available. Probably got kicked off the schedule because I complianed about the shabby way a request for a referral was handled.

I have always received excellent service from the Anticoagulation Clinic Staff. If I have a question, they are very knowledgeable and I feel they listen to my concerns.
