Ive been going here for my varicose veins for months now. Dr. Deatherage and his staff are friendly, courteous, professional and helpful. Dr. Deatherage explained the procedures that he recommended so that I felt very informed and in control of my health. His staff were prompt and courteous. The office is clean and professional. My legs look and feel fantastic! Would highly recommend to my family and friends!

Horriable horriable front desk reception ladies and every time i went there they wouldnt put my folder in line for my appointments. They didnt call me to schedule my surgery and when I called them.to figuer out when it was they almost booked me for the wrong procedure!!!!!!! I wouldnt go there again.

I made an appointment for a hernia consultation. I was given an evasive answer when I asked how much the consultation would be, and I assumed the charge would be minimal based on the answer I was given. I was charged nearly $300 for 10 seconds of the doctor's time (more with the part insurance covered) and HE DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT THE HERNIA, but made an appointment for surgery. When I tried to talk to billing, they were extraordinarily rude and didn't answer any of my questions, just repeating that I was late with my bill. Needless to say I cancelled the surgery. I was unable to reach billing that day and have not heard back, except to get a letter that my bill was being turned over to collections. Since then, I discovered that the mesh he was going to use has had recalls and isn't even needed for my type of hernia. Not good business. Terrible ethics. Bad medicine.
