So I have been there once before a long time ago. Its very nice. at the time it was too far away and I found a closer place. But since moved. Called to get an appointment. Lady was nice enough. I had to call back after I got my insurance info so I called around 8:30 AM to give the info. The recording said they opened at 8 AM but no answer. I called a couple times that day. Same recording, no answer. It was on a Weds I think. I emailed them. But no response. They may be great, but they havent called me back or emailed me for me to know.

Ive been a patient of Dr. French for several years. She is always kind, professional, and informative. The staff is always the same. Medical Eye Center is a large practice, yet I feel the staff treats me as an individual. I especially appreciate the personal attention in the dispensing optical/glasses area.

What an incredible facility and awesome staff! Maddie went above and beyond to provide a personalized level of care, band you can tell that she really does care. Dr. Taylor was warm, polite, thorough and efficient. At the end of our visit we requested some security footage reviews and the Administration team was on it and called us beck within 15 min! I think the managers name was Angie but I could be wrong. Thanks all! Keep up the great work!

Very thorough, respectful employees, Dr. French explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I feel like they care about me and my eye health. Been going there for many years.More than just how well you can or if you need glasses. They actually found a problem with my eyes and set me on a course to fix it! Very grateful!

You will get better care at a small practice. Medical Eye Center has a lavish facility and friendly staff. However, I would not return or recommend them. As is common in large medical facilities, they stage patients in waiting areas and exam rooms using cheap labor and minimal doctor contact. The prescription they gave me was not right for me. They skipped the Phoropter (changing lenses) part of the exam which would have revealed that. I will have to pay for another exam. The facility is designed to maximize profits using a herding mentality with minimum doctor care. You will get better care at a small practice.

I know they are more expensive than Walmart, Costco or other little offices. The care I have received from Dr Taylor and the team there are second to none. Worth every penny!

I cant say enough good things about this clinic and the staff. I enjoyed each appointment where it felt more like a visit with friends than anything else. Yes, they still maintained that professionalism and the balance between friendly but professional is spot on so instead of dreading each visit I actually found that I looked forward to it. They answered all questions patiently and as many times as necessary without making me feel awkward or embarrassed. All this will making an almost two hour drive to the clinic.

My experience with Medical Eye Center was beyond amazing. All staff were very friendly and answered any questions I had. I walked in planning on just getting information on Lasik and I walked with an appointment set. The day of procedure went just as good all staff were very comforting and professional. I dont know why I didnt do it sooner. My vision was so bad I couldnt see 6-10 inches away from me. The excitement I had when they told me on my 1 day follow up that I had 20/15 vision. Would recommend this place for anyone thinking of getting lasik. Or even a new set of glasses.

Nice lavish facility but at customer's price. Customer service was hit and miss, they were not helpful when I went back to resolve my issue. Once they get $ from you and insurance, they do not treat you the same. Also checked the price for same frame at other location and even the manufacture's website, their cost is way high. They charged me $ 220 for the same glass and frame which was $170 at Oakley's website. That's how they do the business. Check elsewhere before you purchase from them.

After years of contemplating over doing LASIK surgery I took the first step in meeting with the staff at Medical Eye Center. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful, nice and professional from the first consultation thru the follow-up visits after my surgery. All of my questions were answered prior to the surgery and I felt at ease going into my surgery. Dr. Welling and his staff were awesome during the surgery walking me thru the steps. The surgery was painless and they told me there would be slight discomfort the day of the surgery which is all I experienced. The feeling of freedom from glasses or contacts is amazing and the only thing I am mad about is I didnt do it sooner! I highly recommend Dr. Welling and his staff at Medical Eye Center.

I'm 37 and I've had awful vision my entire life. I've been wearing glasses since about 6, and contact lenses since 8 when the glasses wouldn't fit under the catchers mask for baseball. I've been thinking about LASIK for a number of years for some reason never got serious about having the procedure done. I'm a avid back country rifle and archery hunter and during elk and deer season, I often spend long hours behind spotting scopes or binoculars. My eyes would get dry with contacts and glasses weren't an option due to the distance between my eye and the eyecup on the optics. I had to carry a pair of glasses in case I lost a contact in the back county and always worried about some vision issue while being miles from civilization.A friend mentioned LASIK about a year ago and I started doing research. I called the Medical Eye Center and spoke with Denise. Super friendly, very informative and patient as I asked all kinds of questions. We scheduled the surgery for December 18th and started the protocol of no glasses, visits to my local eye doctor and dilation. The entire experience at Medical Eye Center was fantastic. The efficiency of the pre-op appointment on the 17th to the surgery on the 18th and the post-op on the 19th was great.A truly amazing experience to lay on the table with vision of 20/400 and about 10 minutes later, sit up and be able to read signs in the laser room. My post-op exam the next day revealed my vision was beginning to settle on 20/15.I have no idea why I waited so long. If your considering having LASIK performed, don't go anywhere else.

Dr. Matthew Hauck performed surgery on my upper and lower eyelid to remove skin tags. He and his entire team were very friendly, gentle and encouraging which greatly eased my fear of the procedure. Within a week after the surgery my eyelid completely healed and there is no visible scarring. Really amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Hauck and his team and I am grateful for their services. My fianc felt like he had something in his eye and it was red and puffy. We contacted MedEyE Centers after hours line & they put us in touch with the on-call doctor. She was amazing and met us at the clinic and did an exam and sent us home with medicated drops to reduce the swelling & scheduled is for follow up. He is much better and we are very grateful to her for making us feel welcome & cares for. Everyone we have been in contact with from warm welcome at the registration desk & the awesome service in the lens & frames retail shop. The facility is upscale and has a very calming and warm vibe. It would be awesome if rest of the medical community would operate & treat patients like they are valued and appreciated.

I requested an eye exam for a blocked tear duct. After waiting in a long line, after being seeing by a subordinate and given various eye exams which I thought were not necessary, I got to see an optometrist. She told me what we already knew after keeping me waiting and suggested I see an opthomoligist for further treatment. Duh! Why didnt we do this to begin with? $479.00 for this scam. They get a minus from me.
