After having 2 children and approaching my 40s, I wanted to get my body back. After careful research, I booked an appointment with Dr. Guarino. Dr. Guarino had fantastic bedside manner and was so kind. We spoke about what I was looking for and we decided that I would need a breast lift and augmentation with a 360 body lift. I never felt like he was suggesting something unnecessary or trying to up sell me. Once I made my decision, my surgery was scheduled quickly. I cannot tell you how happy I am with my procedure. Dr Guarinos work is absolutely amazing. It is everything that I dreamed it would be. The day of my procedure, Dr Guarino made sure I was informed and as comfortable as possible. The hospital staff was also amazing. What sets Dr Guarino above other plastic surgeons? I feel he truly cares about your feelings and how you feel about how you look. He wants you to feel great about yourself and it really shows. My husband also thinks hes extremely nice and is amazed at the work he did. His entire staff, Andrea, Karyn, Anne, and Sam were so knowledgeable, nice, and most importantly I felt comfortable any time I stepped into his office. You can tell that they all cared about their patients and I never felt like a number.I will definitely be returning for any future procedures.

This review is long overdue. I had a full tummy tuck in July 2018 with Dr. Guarino and he did a fantastic job. He is kind and has great bedside manner and I felt comfortable with him from the very beginning. I had a very fast recovery and no complications. After two pregnancies, I had significant abdominal separation and excess skin. I am 5'1' and at one point, I went down to 110lbs and my belly was still there. I was always trying to find a way to hide my belly with my clothes and putting my hands over by belly when I sat down. For the first time in 17 yrs., I wore a bikini this summer (1yr post op) and finally felt comfortable in my own skin. Having this surgery was the best investment I have made on myself. My belly looks better than I could have ever expected. I highly recommend Dr. Guarino and he will always be my go to plastic surgeon. Thank you Dr Guarino!

I could not have picked a better Dr.! Dr Guarino is truly a master of his craft only five days post op and love my results already. No complications great staff . Everyone at the office is so kind and get back to you quickly. The staff at St. Luke's we're so amazing Dr.kohan and the nurses Lisa, Teona, CeCe, Dharlana and Kelly were the most pleasant people to have as your aids. I loved all of them. My experience was awesome and I would recommend everyone go to Dr. Guarino and his staff for there surgeries. God bless them all.

I went to Dr. Guarino for an outpatient procedure and could not be happier. One of the biggest reasons why I had chosen him over other specialists was because of the Yelp! reviews. Every doctor will post positive reviews on their own website to gain new clients, but it's the reviews 'outside' (on third party sites such as Yelp!) that really show how well or poor they are/can be.I consulted with a few specialists in addition to Dr. Guarino. While they were all professional and well in their own right, there were no reviews describing them (or their practice) other than their own business website. Dr Guarino, on the other hand, had several positive reviews which made my decision on what specialist to pick a little more easy.Dr. Guarino himself is a very pleasant doctor to work with. He is EXTREMELY patient (I am capitalizing that word for a reason). He is very down-to-earth and explains everything in a way to make sure his clients fully understand what is to occur, why, potential side effects, etc.The office staff are also professional and remain available to speak with clients on the phone during office hours. I had utilized them a few times when I had questions after my procedure and their responses were detailed enough that I felt comfortable/satisfied after ending our conversation. Nobody in the office is snotty and the atmosphere is non-intimidating.I am (beyond) extremely satisfied with choosing Dr. Guarino and have already spoken highly of him to others. In the event I need additional support moving forward, whether its through cosmetic procedures (Botox, Juvederm, etc) or medically-covered plastic surgery, I will immediately be calling his office to schedule a consult.

I had Samantha as my technician, she was amazing. She walks you through every step of each process. I had facials with her and I left with my skin looking smooth and refreshed. I recently had cool sculpting done and had fantastic results couldnt be happier. Would highly recommend the cool sculpting if you cant get rid of that stubborn fat.

Not alot of plastic surgeons out there that make you not hate yourself at your consult. He listened to what I wanted and then he suggested what would be best. We met again after a few weeks without making a decision. because he wanted me to be comfortable with our surgical plan. He did not down me for being a heavier female, and his staff is completely professional. They are also welcoming and genuinely excited for your results as much as you are. He is always available and his staff responds quickly as well. Would recommend his office 1000% !!!

I went to see Dr Guarino because the skin on my upper eyelids had become saggy and was causing some vision concerns but also causing me to look and feel old. My friends thought I was crazy until they saw the before and after pictures. I was very nervous but Dr. G treats every patient with great care and compassion. His office team is great and the surgical team speak so highly of him. My recovery was quick and I am THRILLED with the results. I would highly recommend him and his office.

I was very pleased to meet Dr. Guarino. Dr. Guarino has a genuine personality, is 'down to earth', and cares about you as a person. His team treated me with respect and professionalism.Due to severe hooded eyes, my eyelids could not be seen due to extra skin hanging on top of my eyelashes. My droopy eyes caused a loss of peripheral vision. I had a Blepharoplasty and the surgery was not painful. The outcome of my surgery was and still is SPECTACULAR and I LOVE what I see in the mirror every day.My vision has improved tremendously. Gone are the days of headaches, blurred vision, and tunnel vision. My family and friends tell me I look happier, refreshed, and notice a significant improvement of my eyes. I had an ugly experience with that doctor, he says he calls himself a surgeon but he does not have anything professional. He made me an abdominoplasty and left me horrible. I went to claim his bad operation but he did not want to accept his mistakes. I do not recommend it to anybody. He just wants to make easy money.

I was extremely nervous about having a major surgery done (tummy tuck+) after my major weight loss, but I felt extremely comfortable with him & his staff who answered all my questions. And the even better is the 'after'. He did an amazing job at giving me a trim waistline with a flat tummy without all that gross saggy skin. I wish I could give Dr. Guarino and his staff 10 stars. Dr. Guarino changed my life. Im a 44 year old female. Ive had 2 kids and breastfed both for a year each. So my breasts were pretty deflated (Big B-Small C cup). 20 years ago, I went to a doctor that gave me breast implants that were entirely too big (3 cup sizes bigger). I carried them around for 2 decades terrified to go back and have to endure another surgery to fix it. Over the years, the weight pulled them down over my rib cage and upper abdomen. It caused me to have extremely low self esteem and zero confidence. 3 years ago I got breast cancer and had to get a lumpectomy which left my breast uneven, scarred and disfigured. I became very depressed. I felt more like a monster than a woman. I met with Dr. Guarino and his staff. Every appointment I had with him, He took time to talk to me, discussed honest options with me and what he felt would work best for me, He didnt try to upsell me with things I didnt need, he listened to me intently, and looked at me when he talked to me. Doctors like this are rare these days. His staff is exceptionally friendly and Dr. Guarinos bedside manner, professionalism, skill and eye for perfection were so on point. The girls in the office are very supportive, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. Each of them treated me with respect and compassion. The day of surgery I was a nervous wreck, but Dr. Guarino made sure that my entire experience was flawless and comfortable. I am 6 weeks post op now and the results of my surgery (removal of implants and complete breast lift without implants) have undoubtedly exceeded all my expectations. The bruising was minimal and faded quick, the incisions are paper thin and some are barely noticeable now. The shape and fullness of them make me look and feel like a 21 year old young woman again. I am a brand new person. My confidence is sky high and for the first time in my adult life I am having a blast trying on clothes I never thought I could wear. I dont feel like a monster anymore. I feel like a beautiful woman now thanks to Dr. Guarino.

I had gynecomastia surgery with Dr. Guarino and my results turned out horrible. Basically I would rather have my shirt off before the surgery then after the surgery fully healed. He never contured my chest the way it should of been and he left alot of glandular tissue left on the one side and the other side he basically took it all out. Make sure you see someone who specializes in gynecomastia surgery who will get it done right. Dr. Lebowitz in New York I heard was the best.

The office itself is decorated quite nicely. You can help yourself to water, tea, or coffee if you choose to! He has an office receptionist by the name of Andrea, who is rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, and always seems to be rough around the edges whenever i would go and check-in the office. Dr. Guarinos bedside manner is not the best and his finished work is pretty sloppy. He needs to take more pride in his work and create a finished product thats more appealing and professional looking!!!!

If you get afraid to do your surgery they keep half of the money and they lie about when you get a refund but yet they demand when they want their money but can't give me back my money when I ask.Ive been calling about my refund for weeks but still no refund.They keep saying the check is sitting on the Doctor's desk.I was nice and patient at first but I'm not gonna let them take me as a fool,just like they wanted their money I want mine.
