I would not even rate 1 star.. Stopped in and paid consultation fee and my Mother got ill and with having to take care of her 24/7 could not schedule an appointment at that time, was told there was NO PROBLEM.. since then she has passed away. I phoned them and was told that my deposit would not be honored and I would have to pay it again.. So wrong to just take peoples money and just discard them...So wrong in so many ways...

Dr. Iyer recently performed a Reduction Mammaplasty for me. He is a wonderful doctor. He did a fantastic job. He has a beautiful bedside manner. I was not worried at all about the surgery after speaking with him and his staff. The ladies in the office are so pleasant and they too are very nice people. I would recommend Dr. Iyer to everyone. The team that worked with him during surgery at St. Lukes Anderson campus were very nice as well. I really have no complaints about my whole experience. Dr. Iyer and staff have definitely gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about my surgery and kept me at ease. I truly thank them from the bottom of my heart for being great nurses, anesthesiologists and assistants and to Dr. Iyer for being a superb doctor!

I went here for earlobe surgery after a torn lobe I was very displeased with the result after healing, DR. Iyer told me if I was unhappy he wouldn't charge me to fix them that he couldn't do it all at one time that it needed to heal and then come back to see if my earlobe was straight. (I thin khe knew he messed up. My earlobes were disgustingly uneven and scared one hanging down one up high as they were NOT like this prior! I called asking to make the follow up appointment was very polite explaining I was unhappy. I was told he would not see me by the receptionist and after asking to speak with someone else I was HUNG UP ON! I paid out of pocket 1200. for this and called back left messages and sent emails and still was not seen. He knew he messed this up and I was treated like discarded trash. I'm following up with lawyer now , no one should be treated this way!
