Walked in with pain due to a filling coming out, next to a tooth that needed a root canal, and left out in more pain. On wed Jan, 15 2020 i had a filing done when i got home my face was throbbing in pain; so i went to lay down by the next morning my left side of the face was swollen, ear was aching and my neck was in pain.I called them to let them know what had happened and i asked to speak to the owner but of course he's never there. So by Friday Morning i went to Taylor Hospital and was told that i had and infection, imagine that. So Saturday i called again asking for the manager or owner and nothing by 12pm i drove to the dentist and they seen my face the reception said omg your face should not look like that over an filing. So once again I'm like where is the owner and why haven't he called me back its been 3 days now this is an emergency. They said he was at the other office so i drove there and it was closed, just getting the run around now! So when Monday hits i called my insurance company to file an compliant and called another dentist office to look at it, come to find out i have an abscess that the dental office never knew because they haven't did an xray on me since April of last year. Oh and did i mention that they never called back to even give me or prescribed me any meds, had to get it from the hospital and mind you i been coming here for years. Very unprofessional the owner is and the staff was not rude at all but i believe that new dentist lady they have don't know what the hell she is doing. Is sad when you have to be in pain everyday and not one phone call from the owner to apologize for what they did. I'm not saying it's a bad place to go to but the work needs to be better with better trained staff.

I just want to thank everybody at Brookhaven Family Dentistry. My teeth look amazing and the techs, the receptionists and especially my dentist all made me feel comfortable and at ease. I had all my teeth pulled, I went against what they suggested but with my insurance, this was the best way for me to go and I got a full set of dentures, let me just tell you, they look amazing and they look so real, I feel confident again and happy. Thank you

DO NOT GO HERE. i could give 0 stars i would. I received dental care from this dentist, i had 2 emergency root canals done. not only did the procedure take longer then it was supposed to, bUT tools were LEFT IN MY TOOTH and SEALED. I was never told that they were left in there. 4 years later I have excruciating pain from this. my insurance does not cover for it to be fixed. I called the dentist and notified them and i was told that the dentist wrote in her notes that she informed me and i have a witness that she never told me this. the receptionist was very rude when I called about this matter and told me that I was forgetful and that this happened 4 years ago. but how can I address something that I was never told about in the first place? this place should be shut down.

Horrible horrible service, They had nothing ready on their end for an appointment we set up over a month ago, (Cleared with insurance and with child's primary doctor) Argued with us over insurance to the point where we had to call the insurance company and have them speak person to person with them. After insurance telling them what to do they STILL couldn't figure it out. Young lady behind counter kept rolling her eyes and catching attitude. My 1 year old had to wait for over an hour, so naturally he went to the bathroom in his diaper like babies do. When we asked to change him in the back they told us we'd have to use the waiting room.... which was full of people... Would not let us use to back to change our son. Fast forward over an hour and they STILL couldn't figure out insurance AGAIN so we ended up just leaving, they tried to tell us they would charge us anyway. Which is not going to happen. I would love to comment on how their dentistry practice is but we didn't even get through the lobby due to the overall incompetence. I would love to speak to an office manager. We had to take a day off of work and for what?

The doctors here are amazing. They are kind and patient and are gental. They always make sure you're ok and I even had an assistant calm me down I was so nervous I had a bad experience in the past and they helped me get over it

I am a noob

Was skeptical at first about how many visits and how much time it would take to get my teeth done, but they have been calling me just about weekly to come in for another setting and the nexts steps! They are getting me done very fast. Also before my extractions were done and I had major tooth pain but they couldnt pull it due to the infection, but they still brought me in on a emergency visit gave me a antibiotic and even numbed the pain for me to get a little relief for a while. Couldnt ask for a better expereince. Even when i missed their call for an appointment as soon as I called they got me in THAT DAY. I will update after my whole experience is complete. I think 2 more Appointmens.
