I wouldn't recommend any other plastic surgeon besides Dr. Rosen! Hands down the most caring and pleasant doctor to work with; not to mention a perfectionist. Dr. Rosen and his wife, Heather, made me feel so comfortable prior to my procedure and continuously followed up afterwards to check on my well-being. Also, the office staff, including Lacey, are so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I wanted to take a moment to write a review about my positive experience with Dr. Rosen at Rosen Cosmetics. Dr. Rosen was recommended by a friend who spoke very highly of Dr. Rosens surgical ability and bedside manner. I am happy I reached out and booked an appointment to have a surgical procedure done on my scalp. The staff is warm and welcoming. I knew I was in good hands the moment I met with Dr. Rosen. He was extremely approachable, knowledgeable, personable and had superb bedside manner which I think is hard to find. You can just tell that Dr. Rosen is a Doctor for all the right reasons... To help and care for others... there is NOT an ounce of arrogance. Needless to say, my procedure went well. I highly recommend Dr. Rosen for any and all procedures.

Dr. Rosen is caring, competent, and conservative, as other reviews say. My dermatologist recommended him to remove a couple of basal cell carcinomas. One was on my forehead; I have virtually NO scar. When I needed deviated septum surgery, I went to Dr. Rosen and had a great result. He also took time to discuss a surgical correction (to my chin) that I wanted because of childhood trauma. He's a modern day Dr. Welby (google if you're not old enough to get the reference), the antithesis to the typical doctor in this day and age. That is, he's unlike doctors who are marketing their practices like fast-food franchises and treating patients like customers at a drive-through window. (He would undoubtedly make more $ if he did things that way.) He's a young doctor (ie, up to date technique) with old-school integrity.

My dermatologist recommended Dr. Rosen for a mole removal from a difficult spot on my nose that she did not wish to attempt. Dr. Rosen advised taking the most conservative approach as a first step and only performing more invasive surgery if the first try didn't work. The first attempt worked beautifully and left no scar or mark. I experienced no pain during the procedure and Dr. Rosen explained everything in great detail and talked me through the procedure. His office staff were friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend Dr. Rosen.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rosen's three times in past two years for dermatology issues and removal of suspicious sites found by my dermatologist. Each visit was exceptional, staff friendly but professional and extremely well organized.Each procedure addressed my concerns, all questions were answered. The actual procedures were painless and extremely successful as well as being done in an extremely clean environment. I had been in a MOHs surgeons office more than 5yrs ago that skeeved me as to general cleanliness and I had to go to another physician the next day to repair the open site he couldn't close.This practice is the best plastic surgery site in the area and Dr. Rosen and his staff are exceptionally talented.

Dr. Rosen is hands down the most down-to-earth surgeon that I have met. I visited Dr. Rosen as my first BA consultation and instantly knew I wanted to use him for my surgery. I felt the need to at least speak to a few other surgeons to get a second opinion so I did. After visiting 3 other doctors, I felt no other surgeon I saw was remotely comparable to Dr. Rosen. Dr. Rosen left me excited and I felt like he truly listened to me. I left other offices confused and convinced that I wasn't going to be happy with my result but with Dr. Rosen I felt an instant trust with him. During my consult he spent a lot of time with me to address every single concern and question that I had (and I may have asked 100 questions) and he did so with such a level of patience and understanding. That is not something I felt with any other doctor. So, I decided to have my BA done with Dr. Rosen and I'm now over a week post op and my results are already stunning and exactly what I described I wanted. The day of my procedure I was a nervous wreck and he truly did everything that he could to make me feel at ease. I was operated on at The Abington Surgical Center and I cannot say enough about their staff there as well. The intake nurse was patient, and my nurse anesthetist Gregg made me laugh and made me feel calm. Dr. Rosen is patient, ethical, honest, kind, and he truly cares for each patient. His work speaks for itself and I will continue to use him and continue to refer any friends and family to him. A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Rosen and the work she had done was beautiful as well. Regarding his office and staff, it's welcoming, clean, and the staff is friendly. Also, when I have called I have always been responded to in a timely manner and I've also always been accommodated. I can't thank you enough Dr. Rosen, 5 plus stars

dr. rosen is the only person i trust with my face.. he is genuine, listens, and has actually told me NO if i dont need filler where i think i do...his results are natural , not over done like many.. ive been going to him for at least 5 years and have recommended many of my friends considering surgery that he is the only person to go to.. as an injector with fillers he is 100%.. as i said.. i wouldnt trust anyone but him to touch my face.. down the line if i every decide to do anything else hes the only person for the job...dr. rosen, you are amazing.. thank you for your excellent work .. an honest trustworthy dr at times when there are spas and clinics popping up all over... go to the best.. go to dr rosen!!!

I took my son to see Dr. Rosen for consultion about his scar. I was a little bit doubtful on first impression that he looks so young, but he is truly the most down-to-earth surgeon I have ever met. He is a great listener, addressed every concern and question we have. He recommended most conservative approach, he didn't even try to sell any products in his office. Truly patient centered care, he even spent extra time talking to my teenage son about the science project which is relevant to his scar. It is such a pleasant visit with him and the converation is inspiring, I hope my son will be more intersted in medicne and be a doctor like Dr. Rosen to help other people. Dr. Rosen is beyong trusting and kind.

horrible doctor with bad technique , I went for tear trough injections and this idiot literally missed the entire tear trough and injected places that needed no filler and left the problem area just as it was, a problem. he awkwardly stood and injected from the side of me instead of standing in front of me to see what he was doing or behind me with the chair in recline and missed the tear trough by a considerable amount which you would think he could easily inject if he wasn't trying to stand and inject from the side of my face like a moron. The results looked like he wanted me to pay for a second syringe of restylane instead of just the one I opted for, he also didn't seem to use a whole syringe of restylane either as I noticed he began to act weird at the end of the session when he was 'finished' like he was trying to hide something and never threw a syringe away either. My first experience with a filler and the doctor is a con man that was already setting up my second visit in his mind before he was finished with my first one and clearly under performed to get me to come back in a few weeks and spend another $600 for a result I should've got with ONE syringe (unless he's really that bad with product placement). Now its clear to me why he has no before and after shots of this procedure on his website or in office to show patients and why his office was so empty and the guy that came out before me made up some bogus excuse as to how he 'forgot his wallet' and would have to pay some other time. Overall I went to him because he had the lowest price for an injection (which he tried to up once I got in the office btw) and now I know why, you get what you pay for.. I should've known he wasn't up for it when I mentioned other doctors I talked to such as marc cohen or allan wulc and he said how good they were but downplayed his own expertise with fillers. Now I will gladly (not gladly) pay another 650 to 700 for a real injector to do the job instead of looking for the easy way out. I honestly cant even blame him I blame myself I went to him solely so I could save a few dollars and ironically paid for it. Maybe he's good with other procedures but he should definitely leave this one alone (or go back to school and actually pay attention this time) as he isn't as 'qualified' as I thought or as much as he puts on in his website bio. Would give 0 stars but don't think that's even an option here

Our experience with Dr. Rosen has been fantastic. My wife recently had a procedure done by Dr. Rosen and we couldn't be happier. We did speak with other local surgeons (some who are more well known in the area), but found Dr. Rosen to be much more personable, available, respectful, and willing to take the time to explain everything and answer any and all questions (unlike some of the others we meet with). His staff is also very much like him in how they carry themselves and deal with patients. He was very comforting leading up the surgery......even called my wife the night before. He was excellent the day of the surgery with answering any questions, checking in her while she was waiting, explaining everything that would happen, and with keeping me updated while I waited. He did say that his surgery would take a little longer than others as he does take his time, goes slow, and makes sure everything is done perfectly. This was a comforting thing to hear. After the surgery, he proved to be even better. He scheduled a follow up appointment the day after (which we understand that others wait a week or more), but actually called the evening of the surgery to check in. He also made himself available at anytime the days and weeks after the surgery to take calls or answers texts on his cell at anytime. I can't tell you how much this meant to my wife and I (by our own admission, we do worry a bit about small things.....so having him take the calls or answering texts about small things, made a big difference). It has been many weeks since the surgery and he continues to check in on my wife, which is great (there have not been any issues, he just checks to make sure she is feeling ok and happy). Possibly the most impressive thing is that Dr. Rosen handled appointments, pre surgery, everything leading to, and all follow up afterwards personally.....he does not have a middle person or nurse handling these things.....which we found to be the opposite with others. We were initially going to go with someone else, but found it to be frustrating that after the initial meeting, we never really spoke with the Dr....all communications and questions were handled by someone else in the office who was not performing the procedure......Dr. Rosen is completely the opposite. I can't say enough of how pleased we have been with him before, during, and after the procedure as well as the results. Please understand that I have no relation to Dr. Rosen and that this is our first experience with a procedure like this. My comments are truthful and from the heart as a first time patient for surgery like this and of Dr Rosens. I usually don't write reviews like this, but felt compelled this time.

Dr. Rosen performed my rhinoplasty in December 2013. It has been almost 4 months since the surgery and time to share how elated I am with both the results, and my entire experience with Dr. Rosen. As other reviews have stated, Dr. Rosen's ability to listen to his patients, hear their concerns, and deliver results in the most careful and compassionate way, is second to none. It is no surprise to me that he has received the 'Best of Philly' and 'Patients Choice' awards. To offer different perspective, I'll speak to his passion and ability as a surgeon and aesthetic artist. I had been to three other consults with some 'top' names in the rhinoplasty field (NJ & PA). It was by chance that I went to Dr. Rosen for a fourth consult. I was in an eye surgeon's office, who happened showed me a shared patient where Dr. Rosen completed the rhinoplasty. I was stunned by the perfection of the work, the slight, minor but impactful adjustments that made this woman's face light up. To my surprise, this photo was not on his website. I thought...through all of my research...and trying to sift through what might be just great marketing, to include 'best' before and after photos...here is this demonstration of his work (where the release form was in fact signed to share her photo) that Dr. Rosen has not even 'advertised'! I hurriedly phoned the office and was so thankful there was one opening for a consult before my pre-op appointment with the other surgeon (@ 1 month before surgery). My thought was it could not hurt!Well...in short...I changed surgeons. The way that Dr. Rosen spoke to my concerns, my desired rhinoplasty result, and how the aesthetic contours of my face fit into the equation was very different than other consults. He demonstrated a more artistic eye to include how the rhinoplasty would affect my entire face, not just how my nose would change. From the time I scheduled surgery, through my post-op and follow-up appointments...there was not one shred of doubt that he would deliver my best result. Sure, there were times when I was freaking out along the way (before the cast comes off, etc), but not once was there a question that Dr. Rosen, to me, is of the best at what he does. I was in excellent hands. I think of him as a rising star in the field...still undiscovered in some ways...a diamond in the rough. Since the surgery I have had him fix my earlobe/earring hole, and have an appointment for injections just before the summer. The office staff are all wonderful. Overall, my highest recommendation goes to Rosen Cosmetic.
