I would like to warn anyone that I just got surgery last week and this Dr. Ali did something to me that is not consistent with what I should be feeling at this point in recovery. I did all the after care exactly as they told me and the next day I was seriously infected. I had two wisdom teeth removed on my left side and one on my right side. The left side feels fine now no swelling no pain. My left side though is still the size of a softball. I cannot eat and all my pain is everywhere but where the tooth was extracted. Also without sinks in the room the Dr. Came in with his gloves already on! I'll do whatever it takes to have this place shut down! Also the staff are all condescending and rude.

Wish I could give 0 starsFrom my visit in Early January.I honestly do not know how this place still has its doors open. I went in for a consultation, needless to say I will not be returning.Let me start with the sidewalk into the building, covered in snow and ice (mind you it hadn't snowed in over 24 hours) everyone who was walking into the building had to walk in the grass otherwise they would have fell and broke a bone or two. Once you enter the building it's like you're walking into a dirty stinky storage shed with dirty dusty boxes stacked everywhere. The entire office was like that. Dirt dust hair spider webs garbage hair crumbs anything you can think of, it was in the corners of the floors ceilings..everywhere. the floors were so dirty the windows were gross. The smell of 100 air fresheners trying to cover the stench. I had a long car ride so I made the mistake of using the restroom... there aren't enough words to describe the nastiness of the bathroom. I've been a lot of places and have used a lot of bathrooms and this by far was the worst. From top to bottom, floors, walls, sink, ceilings, and the toilet..I'll spare you the sh*tty details. I'm still in shock as to what the rooms were like (I looked at the others). The floors had about an inch of dirt on them as well as the bookshelf from the 1930s that was in the room. Cobwebs everywhere. Smelly. Crumbs and dirt on the patient chair. There was patient information from a prior patient, I'm assuming scribbled on a note pad sitting on the dirty book shelf. The receptionist at check in was polite.The nurse was no help to any of my questions, she had no answers and could not help me with anything I was asking. Would not mumble more than a few words.Also, the Dr was very unnerving from the moment he walked in (for many reasons)Again, I'm not sure how this place has not been shut down. Time for something to be done. I stuck around to see the outcome, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!

Dr. Rice and his assistant were wonderful when they performed my extraction. He explained everything he was doing at the time. I have very little pain and have not needed to take anything.

Went to get my 4 we wisdom teeth extracted. The Dr. Was kind and confident. I have to go back for the full extractions. Not scared. After reading some of these post idk what I was expecting but it truly was a great visit. Staff is kind and knowledgeable.

Rude office staff, dilapidated dirty office, flooring coming off of the floor in waiting room. Disorganized. I expected a wait as my appointment was in the afternoon, however I did not expect to sit 2 hours in the waiting Room without even so much as an apology from the hygienist, the physician or any of their staff. Exam room did not have sink or running water, no where for staff to wash before exam. physician came in the room with his gloves on touching the door and chair and who knows what else prior to entering room. when asked to remove the gloves and replace them after washing he got mad and left the Room. I was scolded because I self referred, which is permitted by my insurance. Thoroughly disappointed. I would not recommend this office at all.

Dr.rice did good job on my full extractions I am 21 teeth taken out I was grateful because they didn't have to cut my gums... However I was super upset and angry because I had 21 teeth pulled and they only gave me ibprofen for pain!!! I was in so much pain for over a week now and I still have some pain... And they refused to give me pain medicine!!!

Thank You Doctor Ali! I am grateful to you for making my teeth extraction a trauma free experience. Due to my fear of the dentist, I don't go till it has reached a point of my teeth need to be pulled. When I went for my consult I was not overly impressed, found the nurse to be abrasive, the dentist seemed preoccupied. But decided to go ahead anyway because of the abscess in 2 of my back teeth. The dentist did prescribe Valium for the extraction. I was still anxiety ridden when I arrived, so much so I organized their magazine rack while waiting. I would have given them a 5 star rating but like most medical offices there is just to much over scheduling happening, so I did have to wait 45 min. They also do not call to confirm your appointment, so you need to be on top of this because if you miss a appointment with them, they won't see you again. When it came time to numb me up Doctor Ali was the BEST, I barely felt the needle, even when he injected the roof of my mouth. Based on this experience I would recommend him to those who have a fear of the dentist.

Had an evaluation for my wisdom tooth. My family dentist had told me I only needed my bottom two teeth out. Dr. Ali was only in the room for no more than 3 minutes and said he would take out my top and bottom teeth. My mother and I questioned him about it but he couldnt seem to justify himself. I had a bad feeling in my gut as soon as he walked in. Very unprofessional. I knew I couldnt trust his work so I switched to a different office.

AWFUL PRACTICE!!! DO NOT EVEN THINK YOUR EXPERIENCE WILL BE DIFFERENT!!! EVEN IF this is your closest option, drive the extra hour or so, TRUST ME!!! This place is full of people who hate their jobs, lives, or just human beings in general. Theyre extremely unprofessional, have no sense of time, or simply overbook for the profit, causing them to rush.I took my girlfriend here and FIRST of all, what day/age are we in where they dont allow someone to be there for their loved one??? I stood up, after waiting an HOUR and a half from the surgery time, as normal practice to go back with her, as they put her under and before I even got on my feet, the nurse LITERALLY yelled at me, in a comical tone, that You wont be joining them. Not even polite about it, just flat out, HAHA NOPE! She wore pink scrubs and had a huge attitude. I saw my gfs concern about this, so I pulled her aside, to explain how bad my gfs anxiety is, asked her to slow things down a little and explain to her, since I wont be joining them. She seemed very annoyed that I had even bothered and my guess is, that this is the reason the doctor (Ali) was completely unprofessional, lacked any sort of compassion for her fears/anxiety, and said RIGHT BEFORE they put her out, you need to use your brain!!!!Im sorry, but Im stopping here, so you can really let that part sink in... he told her to USE HER BRAIN, knowing full well she has very real fear and tears running down her eyes. My guess would be that this is why I wouldnt be joining them, becuase had I have been there, that person wouldnt have ever touched her mouth.Here are the events leading up to the anesthesia from my gfs memory:Dr Ali came in and the nurse informed him of my fear and my allergies to antibiotics. Tears running down my face, he told me to use my brain to think of which antibiotic Im not allergic to when I had already told him multiple times, that I do not know. My anxiety set in before he went to put in the medicine, I started to cry a little and since I use dry humor as a coping mechanism I asked if I was going to wake up, honestly just looking for reassurance, and he SIGHED like a child and said can we get on with this now??? Youre healthy and young right??? Youve woken up from anesthesia before??? In quick succession and before I could answer, Youll be fine.Is this how doctors talk to patients now? I do not think so, becuase Ive met some wonderful doctors/surgeons who have the brain capacity to not only do a good job, but also be NICE to the HUMAN BEINGS you are cutting open.Moral of this long review, is very simple. This practice, AS A WHOLE, is a machine. It is a money making machine that has ABSOLUTELY ZERO care for the patients and its sole purpose is to line pockets. I get it, its a business, but you are a DOCTOR. HELP people.

Awful experience. The receptionist was unpleasant and displayed poor patient care. Waited for 30 minutes and still had patients ahead of us in line.. We left appointment due to the extensive amount of time we were waiting.

You need a referral from a dentist to get seen. They schedule six weeks out. I had a dental emergency and got turned away. I am self pay and dont have 'a dentist'. Will not be using this practice, they lost my cash business.

After being told by my dentist that I had to have oral surgery to remove a tooth that would be almost impossible to extract... Dr. Manotak got it right out. No surgery. Quick and friendly... My whole experience took a half hour! From check in to check out! They were absolutely wonderful and I had no pain/discomfort.

Shame on your whole company. I hope you never have to admitted to the hospital and worried for your health . I had an appt scheduled for last Nov. I was admitted to the hospital and missed my appt . I forgot to call to reschedule due to worrying about my health. Now that I'm able to take care of my teeth your office wants to turn me away . Shame on you hope it doesnt happen to you or your staff one day . Your staff where also super rude about it. I'll make sure the word is out . I can understand if I did it more than one but it was once and it was because I was fighting for my health . Shame on you .
