The PT staff at the Lampeter road office were great to work with.They pushed you but in a way that made you want to do your best. I was thankful to have the opportunity to work them.

This visit was better than in the past. I was called on in a timely manner and most are very professional. My only issue is with the first person you encounter. The receptionist Kelly. Thats right Kelly. Would eye contact kill her. Shes helpful and does whats expected, BUT! Im getting vibes that Im a bother or I just interrupted her day. I would suggest replacing Kelly with a welcoming people person that isnt afraid to look me and others in the eye. Just being friendly and welcoming would have been five stars.

There is usually a staffing of two techs. They are very friendly and as people open up the whole experience becomes more pleasant. At times it feels they have taken on too many patients, but I am sure the staff has nothi g to do with that. I am almost done and I have nothing negative to say.

Big fan of Dr Long here. She shows great compassion and I truly believe she WANTS to fix my shoulders. She is very easy to open up to as I was able to share some of the mental anguish my condition has caused. This is unusual for me. She seemed compassionate and offered a shoulder to lean (cry?) on.
