Had COOL SCULPTING done on October 23, 2017 -- 6 treatments to upper and lower abdomen and sides (at waist area) 4 months later still have no change. Told that I would see a difference in 2 months. They take pictures of the area to treat before hand and want to take pictures after 2 months. The areas that I had treated would definitely have made a difference in the way my clothing fit. The best way to show the results would be to take measurements, not photos. ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGE!!! Do they photoshop the pictures to make you think the treatments worked?? DEFINITELY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have contacted the office twice by email and also by letter and have received NO ACTION from any of my correspondence. This is a SCAM in my opinion.

I have not had my surgery yet but I feel compelled to write because Dr. Normington is so wonderful professional and kind. He provides very thorough explanations of what he will be performing, and he does so at your level of understanding. There is a long wait as with a busy practice. He needs to hire another physician or take on residents or Fellows. I have worked as a Registered Nurse 20+ years, and found their facilities beautiful, their staff lovely professional clean and so well dressed, it is just a stellar office. I must point out specifically Lisa the office manager who was so kind as I had surgery before I went there, and Tabatha the nurse who went over the instructions thoroughly with me. I love the art work, particularly the DR's kid's in the hallway! I cannot say enough wonderful things so far. I hope to add more post op. I am just very pleased!
