I am so disappointed. We scheduled four consecutive appointments for every three weeks. Our second appointment was canceled once we arrived at the appointment, the other three appointments somehow got deleted, once I rescheduled and went back for a fourth appointment, we waited for 55 minutes and never got to see a doctor before being told we should probably reschedule. Rescheduling is impossible. It takes weeks or months to get an appointment and if you missed an appointment they charge you, are they paying me for missing my appointment and wasting my time? Absolutely horrible. On a side note the office staff tried to be accommodating but unfortunately dont have the resources to do so. I highly recommend finding a different dermatologist!

The receptionist was professional, friendly and helpful.The nurse/assistant was also professional, courtious and friendly, explaining what would be done. Made me feel more relaxed.My wait was not long.Doctor made me feel relaxed because of her friendly personality. She was very thorough. She did not rush through her examination yet I was in and out in a very reasonable short amount of time.I highly recommend The Philadelphia Institute of Dermatology.

To start off with, everybody was kind and professional. Here is what I didn't like.-I had to wait over 7 months to get a check up and then end up with the PA. (She was fine, but not nearly as thorough as the Dr. I seen in the past)-They did not have my medical files and I have been a patient for over 8 years. Over and over I had to correct them saying I was not a new patient. In my opinion when checking up on skin conditions, it would be good to look at my history and charts.-They kept saying they wouldn't do certain procedures because insurance only covers XYZ . It's good information to have, but I fully prepared to pay out of pocket and cost wasn't my primary concern. -Frankly I just didn't feel like I was being heard. -I was concerned when I heard three providers left and they were shutting down a couple offices. I won't be going back. I just hope they can find my files so my new Dr. has them.
