Dr. Leong is absolutely brilliant. He is the first doctor I went to back in 2012 when I began my adventures with filler, etc. I first got my lips done by him as well as Botox back then. He was absolutely fantastic. He takes plenty of time to listen to your goals, concerns and questions, and is honest about the outcome and what to expect, before during and after. I went to him today for tear trough filler and the results are incredible. He is so talented, and even after I move out of the Pittsburgh area, I will return to him for future treatments. If you are 'shopping' around for a facility to have any injections, etc please don't try to save money by going to a non board certified doctor. Especially for such an intricate and delicate area like the eyes. The experience and results are something you can't put a price on.

After a few years of research I decided to see Dr. Leong for Blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery). I had a consultation with him, and met his wonderful staff. I was very comfortable talking with Dr. Leong, and expressed how unhappy I was with the drooping of my upper eyelids. At the consultation he was very honest, and upfront on what he thought the outcome would be. I was very pleased with the consultation, and scheduled my surgery. I cant tell you enough how accommodating he, and his staff were with getting things set up for me. The surgery itself was a breeze! I was very relaxed during the whole procedure, with Dr. Leong, and his lovely RN. They were so caring throughout the procedure, and it was actually painless. I was given a prescription for pain medication, but all I needed was Tylenol for the first couple of days! I also received a few phone calls personally from Dr. Leong the first few days after my surgery which made me feel very safe, and cared for. I have also had 2 post op appointments with Dr. Leong, and the results are beautiful! I am now 5 months post op and my eyes look like they did 20 years ago. I have my bright eyes back again! I would highly recommend Dr. Leong-Sistine Plastic Surgery to anyone. Thank you Dr. Leong, RNs, and staff members. Youve all been so kind, and caring!

This is my second time getting lip fillers with Dr. Leong and I have loved them both times. My lips look very natural which is exactly what I wanted. I previously went to a med spa for my first lip filler appointment and I bruised really bad as well as swelled really bad. I actually had to return a second time a few weeks after because my lips ended up not being even after all the swelling went down. For the next appointment I tried Dr. Leong and I dont see myself ever going back to a med spa. His technique for lip injections is different than most med spas. For starters, he uses novocaine to numb you so you really dont feel a thing, and instead of injecting a sharp needle all around your lips, which can lead to a lot of issues, he uses a cannula needle. The needle only goes into your skin one time on each corner of the mouth so you have much less trauma to the lip area plus theres a significantly less chance of necrosis due to the cannula needle having a rounded tip and not being likely to pierce a vein. Both times now I have had no swelling at all, no bruising at all, and very minimal pain. I cant recommend Dr. Leong enough for lip injections.

Sistine is a hidden gem in Pittsburgh. After comparing a number of practices in the Pittsburgh area, I chose Sistine because: 1) Dr. Leong focuses on facial plastics (not many of these providers in the Pittsburgh area, with most other practices performing a wide variety of procedures on face and body = jack of all trades but master of none); 2) Focus on safety and superior outcomes (use of cannula vs needles for injections = safer and less adverse effects like bruising); 3) Overwhelmingly positive reviews on Google, RealSelf, and Facebook; 4) Numerous before and after photos/videos on Instagram, RealSelf, and YouTube, with case specifics on Sistine's website, show real evidence of work peformed; 5) Dr. Leong's training and expertise (double fellowship trained and double board certified in head & neck surgery and facial plastics) means he really knows what he is doing.I personally saw Dr. Leong twice at the Wexford location, both visits for non-surgical rhinoplasty, and am very happy with the results. Dr. Leong and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, skilled, attentive, and responsive to questions. I was especially impressed with the measures they took to protect patients post-COVID reopening.

I have been going to Dr. Leong for 5 years. I get filler under my eyes yearly and dysport to my forehead a few times a year. He is one of the most honest and personable doctors that I have ever known. He wont try to sell you things you dont need! If youre going to have anything done with your face, then go to him.

I had by ears pierced today by Dr. Leong. I had my ears pierced a number of year ago at the mall but got an infection, so I decided to give a professional plastic surgeon a try. So, far, I am very happy that I did. Dr. Leong gave me injections in my ears to numb them and the actual piercing was painless. Much less trauma than I remember the last time I had them pierced. Dr. Leong was great and very funny, putting me at ease. I recommend having your ears pierced with Dr. Leong if you any doubts about having this done by an non medical professional.

I would highly recommend Dr. Leong! I saw him for Otoplasty (ear pinning) surgery and I am extremely happy with my results and the overall experience with Dr. Leong and Sistine Plastic Surgery. I saw 3 other doctors and even met with Dr. Leong a few times before deciding to do the surgery. I immediately saw a difference between Dr. Leong and the other surgeons. In addition to his experience, he was very honest and clearly was not just trying to make money. He even told me to 'rest' and not get the surgery right away. I'm a 48 year-old. I had under eye fillers and love the results. I've never had any type of filler, laser or surgery until now. I am going back to Dr. Leong for something else for sure. I'm leaning towards IPL and will probably get Botox down the road. I would 100% recommend Dr. Leong! He's very professional, not into the flashy aspect of this type of work- which I think can be very easy to get sucked into, he's double board certified and has clips on his website of him presenting surgical nuts and bolts at a conference. I'm an RN and have worked with some of the best and innovative surgeons in their field and Dr. Leong has exactly the same vibe.

I've been seeing Dr. Leong since November of 2016. I 'took a chance' with him due to the many wonderful reviews and I'm very happy I did! I was nervous before my first appt., however Dr. Leong took quite a bit of time with me answering all of my questions and explaining all potential procedures. I never felt rushed or pressured. Dr. Leong is a true artist and very caring doctor! He did a neck and face lift on me at the beginning of November. Dr. Leong stayed in the OR for hours longer than expected to make sure that he was getting as much of the fat and extra skin as he could to give me the optimal result. He explained everything before and after the surgery, so I knew what to expect and he was there every step of the way. After being released from the hospital, he called (yes, he called - not his staff) a couple of times to insure that I was okay until I saw him again 3 days later. I am thrilled with the results! I look at least 15 years younger, yet don't look 'pulled' or fake. I am so happy with the care, and the results that I will be having Dr. Leong take the extra skin off my upper eyelids in the very near future. I am honored to have the opportunity to write a review for Sistine plastic surgery and Dr. Leong. I will start off by saying I will not let anyone else touch my face. I told Dr Leong today that I'm so happy he has multiple offices in Pittsburgh because it means he will be around when it's time for my facelift in 10 years. I have unfortunately made the mistake of recently going to other providers and have been disappointed with the results. I am now standing firm that only Dr Leong is allowed to make me look younger because it's always a natural younger look. I also can't express enough how much I appreciate his honesty. You will always have a natural look because he will tell you no if you want to do too much and he will also tell you why. And by natural I do not mean under done I mean perfect! Let's be honest, most doctors would just take your money and leave you looking fake and over done. The time Dr. Leong takes with you (and HE takes the time with you) coupled with his artistic expertise sprinkled with his honesty... I wouldn't go anywhere else. I had been considering a rhinoplasty for many years, but always found it too expensive and too scary of an idea. I had looked around for over a year for the right surgeon, then once I met Dr. Leong, I had him do a small procedure first (tear trough fillers) to gauge his skill. It went amazingly, so I scheduled my rhino.Dr. Leong performed literally the perfect rhinoplasty for me. My nose is not cookie cutter - it's subtly fixed and it just suits me so much. He met with me over 5x before the surgery just to talk about it. He took his time in the surgery too. I had almost no pain - I took only Tylenol after my nose job! Didn't even need painkillers, didn't bruise that much, and I can even breathe better now. He's wonderful and I only wish I had done this surgery earlier - I just love this practice.

Got a rhinoplasty by Dr. Leong and I had a great experience. He is very personable and will spend as much time as you need to answer questions. Never felt rushed or pressured to get any procedure. Plus the majority of his surgical experience is with rhinoplasty and he is also an ENT. Highly recommend. Just a heads up that he tends to run behind since he spends so much time with each patient. Doesn't bother me though since I would much prefer that than a doc who is rushing through every appointment, especially those as important/risky as surgical procedures. Oh yeah and my nose looks great now!

My 2 best friends and I are getting ready to make our 4th trip to spend the afternoon with Dr. Leong. Writing this review is long overdue. We have all been so pleased with every aspect of our experience with Dr. Leong. His skill, candor, beside manner and professionalism all rate 5 stars!Over our past visits we have had several different treatments including botox, dysport, juvederm and we have been extremely pleased with the results but the BEST OF THE BEST has got to be the restylane tear trough correction. The results of the tear trough correction are immediate and AMAZING! If you have bags under your eyes (as I did) or eyes that seem to be sinking into your head (as my friend did) you will be thrilled with the results of this treatment! Dr. Leong gives you a mirror to hold and you can instantly see the transformation as he does one eye at a time. It took years off our appearance!We make it a girls day out, lunch and then we spend a very pleasant afternoon with Dr. Leong. And I do mean the entire afternoon. He takes quite a bit of time with each one of us, you never feel that he is rushing. We chat, we laugh, we get some injectables and we leave looking and feeling fabulous!
