Appointment on time kind ,courteous and very professional

I called to set up an appointment with Dr. Mckenna and was told I needed to have a referral from my doctor sent to his office. No problem, I went to my doctor and they sent over a referral. When I called to make sure they received the referral, I was told that I could not schedule an appointment and that they would schedule it for me and then call within the next couple of days to let me know when the appointment would be. I thought this was strange, as most people have jobs and would need to be able to schedule an appointment during a time that worked for them, but let that go. This was about 3 weeks ago. Over the past few weeks, I have called 6 times (all during business hours) and have left messages with their answering service and on their machine, and have yet to receive a call back. I cannot get ahold of them during business hours and can't get a call back, so I have since decided to go somewhere that conducts business in a more professional manner.

Doctor McKenna was amazing from the start to the finish of my journey. He made sure I was well aware of all the possibilities and things that may go wrong but didn't. He has an amazing bedside manner and makes you feel as your a priority not just a number to him. The staff at his office were just as great. I highly recommend him for your cosmetic procedural needs. I know I will be a continued patient.
