Multi calls not returned regarding surgey. Yelled. at regarding covid testing. They were mad at the other. office. Pretesting bad exp,with lab they made me get eyedrops. from. Testing on eyes remark I did the best I could getting the measurements. (not their eyes) Yelled at regarding poitica decision( political in the office) I guess I am. older and not rich so I do not matter or deserve. I cancelled. Also. Idid not vote him in did you?

I called for my husband on a Friday and they got him in right away. Dr Godfrey diagnosed him and sent in medication which allowed us to go on our vacation the next day. His expertise and the friendly staff never disappoint. My family and I have been going there for years and I would highly recommend this practice. I see Dr. Tubiello and Dr Robinson and they are awesome as well!!!

They never pre-authorize with insurance like everywhere else and then charge craziness at the end... I should only have my co-pay and literally every time I come they over charge me and I am stuck fighting for my money. I will not be coming back once this issue is settled. I am tired of getting blamed for their mistakes when i inquire about a billing issue. It is a shame because Dr. Robinson is great and so are all the techs...

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. As a panicked mother of a two year old, this practice got me a same day appointment. They took good care of us. They took the time to consult with one another to obtain an accurate diagnosis. Three doctors were in the room at the same time, assessing and collaborating to take care of my baby. They pointed us in the appropriate direction and called to follow up/check in. I am so appreciative. The pediatrician dismissed my concerns and this practice took them seriously (which unfortunately they are). They helped get her the help she needed to preserve vision. I'm forever grateful!!!

Office staff and Drs are always very nice, however, each time I am there it is 2+ hours. Most recently, 2 hours for a contact check. I was referred to this office a few years ago when my eye Dr sold his practice. I will be looking for another due to these wait times.

Had an appointment at 11:45 got there at 11:20 was sat in the back waiting room for over an hour and a half! At least 10 people got taken back before me that arrived after. When you have an appointment for a specific time you should be seen within a decent time frame. Staff was hiding in rooms on their phones, and would peak out of the door ways every now and then. Im highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the patient care at this establishment, as I had previously heard good things.

Staff always seems very confused as to whats going on with my appointments. Several times Ive waited over an hour, they always book my appointments wrong, and it seems they dont know when I should be charged a co-pay or not. I feel bad because the people who work there are nice, but the office simply isnt run correctly. I would advise going somewhere else.

My husband and I have done a lot of business with this office. Both had Cateract surgeries and my husband suffers Glaucoma. We both purchased glasses from this company as well. So, when I broke my glasses and just needed my Rx. I was told that I had to talk to Penn Optical department for that, even though the receptionist said that she could see that I had a current Rx. I was then put on hold for 15 minutes!!!! ??? Are you kidding me???? I am at work and don't have time to be put on hold!! I had to call back. They took the call right away, so obviously someone was talking at the coffee pot this morning and ignoring the phones. Being that you can't see my face, you might think you can get away with this rudeness. How nice. I'll remember this.

I have been going to Bux-Mont Eye for 25 plus years. I just had my eyes checked by Dr Ulasewicz. I am amazed at how much better my vision is. I got my glasses at Pennridge Opticians and was very pleased. Are they perfect, No. Could somethings have gone better, Yes. Will I continue to go back ABSOLUTELY!

I had a wonderful experience getting fitted for contacts. The doctor was professional and has a great sense of humor. The staff is very helpful, courteous and a lot of fun. My new contacts fit well and I can see distance and close up. I highly recommend this for anyone who needs contacts or other eye care.

This office is BY FAR the best! They are professional and have cutting edge diagnostic tools and imaging.The entire office is professional, willing to answer all your questions, patient, and you don't feel like youre being rushed just so they can get to their next appointment...On top of that, they are excellent at what they do. Perhaps more importantly, they TRULY care about you as a person. I wish more doctors had this philosophy. I recommend Bucks-Mont Eye Associates 100%.`````I purchased my glasses from Pennridge Opticians at Bucks-Mont Eye and they are an office that has incredible services from all facets. The courteous staff was very welcoming as me and my wife entered the office. The office itself was very pleasant and had an excellent showroom of great looking frames. The staff was very detailed and current with much of the technology and competitively priced of the glasses I purchased.

Two years ago i had cataract surgery on both eyes. I have been unhappy since then. My eye sight is very bad. I have to wear glasses all the time if i dont i cant read or see things right. I didnt have to wear glasses before to read just at night when driving. Now i have to have a pair on me at all times. Very unhappy. I dont know if there is anything that can be done about this. The billing department is very rude. They billed my insurance incorrectly and then they tried to blame me! I had to call the insurance company myself to get the bill paid. I would not recommend this office.

I came away from my follow up visit and went back in time. Saying to myself These doctors and all staff really care about my condition. Not something you experience that often these days. Every year we dread this appointment. The drs and staff are excellent, but they always overbook. It's always 2 1/2 -3 hr eye appointment. Makes no sense to me.

MY husband was sent here by his optometrist. He saw Dr Grover the first visit was fine and was told not to worry about his vision. He had a 3 month follow up and was diagnosed with visual field impairment. He was sent for an MRI, the MRI showed 2 strokes and Dr Grover told him this in a phone conversation. He was also told he could keep his appt with Dr Grover or go see another Dr it did not matter. Regardless to say what kind of professional tells a patient on the phone about a diagnosis that is so serious, and did not even advise or refer the patient to a neurologist. Professional ethics are not what they used to be.

I was referred to the office by my optometrist. I called to schedule an appt when I was told they needed my records BEFORE SCHEDULING the appointment. They got my records and when I got the call to schedule my appointment I was given a date when I had to work. I told her I couldn't make that date. The next available was 4 months away! I was very surprised by this and the young lady on the phone said, 'Ma'am I offered you an earlier appointment and you said no.' Who says that to someone? Customer service and phone etiquette could use some revamping.

Ok So first I must say that as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and was helped very quickly. Even though when i looked around and saw how busy they were I was attented to extremely quickly. The Doctors are pleasant and very knowlegable. I highly reccomend Bux- Mont Eye
