I would leave a negative if possible. After an appointment the office left a message, after 3 days, that they gave us the benefit of the doubt that a cc-pay would be made. I, in no way shape or form said I wouldn't it. We were told payment could be brought in at follow up appt. Not thinking otherwise I was taken back by the abrupt voice message. When I called to find out what had changed to warrant the call the Dr wife said I was yelling at her and people need to realize payment needs to be made. I , again, reiterated that I never said it wasn't going to be paid. She said we could go elsewhere. I informed her that the Dr couldn't help us and HE referred us to another surgeon anyway!!!! Crazy
