Dr Schlechter is exceptional at his profession. I have seen him multiple times and have never been disappointed. His office is well run with pleasant and informative staff. Dr is so calming, that you can't help but feel the same way! He explains everything before and after so you are comfortable with the procedure. They answer questions and address concerns promptly. I emailed Ivy multiple times and she always responded very quickly. I would recommend this practice as my personal experience with them has been great.

I went to Spring Ridge for a chin implant, and I am thrilled with my results. The entire staff was friendly, warm, knowledgable, helpful and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The results are great, and I'm happy I decided to go ahead with the procedure. I trust Dr. Schlechter and his years of experience in the field. The office is clean, modern, and made me feel very comfortable. Would recommend!

Minimal information was provided to me other than a FAQ sheet and pamphlets which I read during my 1+ hour wait to see the doctor. I was told he would take photos for before and after but no photos were taken. The doctor was telling me how to care for my new procedure as I was walking down the hallway for check out instead of in the room. I wasn't told to bring cash or a check so I was charged 3% extra for a debit card. It was a clean facility, the ladies at the front desk were more helpful than the actual doctor and everyone was nice. However, it seemed a bit unprofessional in my opinion. Sadly I can't said I would ever go back.

I wish I have had my rhinoplasty surgery done years ago!It was a birthday gift for myself (28 years old) and I have no regrets. I did research around the area for highly reviewed plastic surgery facilities. I speak very highly of this place.I never had cosmetic surgery before, and was super anxious and nervous. Each employee I encountered made me feel so hopeful and are down to earth. Pre-Op appointments were very helpful with what to expect with prepping for the big day, you meet with the surgeon, Dr. Schlechter who is very soft spoken and to the point with what to expect. The fact that this man has done surgery for 25 years, I had no doubt, he would do nothing but a fantastic job. His cosmetic coordinator is with you every step of the way too, even before making a pre-op appointment! I live an hour away from Spring Ridge Plastic Surgery. The positive vibes and atmosphere of this facility made it worthwhile. I highly recommend this facility for anyone who wants to build more self confidence. Spring Ridge transformed my slopped pudgy nose to a straight contoured nose and wish I did this procedure years ago to save myself from all cruel comments.

Had surgery on 6/7/18 and am healing very well. The staff here are professional and very warm/welcoming. The anesthesiologist is amazing. Explained everything thoroughly and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Schlechter is great. Did an amazing job, very calming and friendly. Even though I'm not fully healed yet, I could not have expected a better experience than I have had. Very little pain and they managed the process well from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone looking for a highly respected and experienced surgeon.

I went there to have local liposuction. I have had other cosmetic surgeries done as well, but not at spring ridge. I am not going to name the other person who did my surgeries, but Dr.Schlechter was completely the opposite. He was quiet, but very, very nice, informative, and I guess you might say humble( which the other surgeon wasnt). In the operating room, CHARLENE, who was more than excellent, was there the whole time, rubbing my leg and telling me to breathe. Dr. Schlechter told me what he was doing before he did it. The entire experience was amazing. If youre looking for somebody who is exceptional at what he does , then this is the place for you. And if you want somebody who is full of themselves, cocky, and ego driven then find someplace else to go.

Dr. Stacy June has done my breast reduction and I have nothing but a pleasant experience my breasts look amazing like I am a teenager again she did a better job then the male who who owns the practice. My close friend had a reduction done by him the same week and she is not happy with her results but I am 100% happy with mine Stacey June did amazing I would recommend her again and again and again. The staff has been very pleasant every time I have to visit or call I will go to her for any future surgeries having to do with plastic surgery

Horrible customer service . Every time I go one of the staff members always makes me feel like it is an inconvience that I am there getting services . The breaking straw was I recently had fillers done in my lips paid $775 and after 1 week my lips were back to normal . I called to inform the office and tried to schedule an appointment for dr. Schlector to look and I was told by Nicole the staff member there is no way that could happen and I can come in but nothing will be complimentary and I will pay for anything he does . I never even asked about it being complimentary so I than canceled a upcoming appointment for a new service and Nicole said ok and hung up . Never again willI go there or recommend to anyone.

This initial visit was very pleasant. Dr. Schlechter explained the intended procedure quite well. I mentioned to him that I had first met him about 50 years ago when he had accompanied his grandfather who I knew quite well at that time. He also said he thought he recognized my name. So it was a pleasant finish to our meeting.

The staff are so nice and caring, one in particular is Lynn she is great she along with Dr. Schlechter truly take their time to go over things with you, and explain things to you that you might not see or understand. They just make you so comfortable there.. I also had the chance to meet Dr June she also is very nice.. Would I ever do this again with them yes I would!!! (And maybe next time I won't drive then crazy haha)

After looking pregnant for 3 years and being in pain, I found Dr Schlechter. I had my consultation and was told I had an umbilical hernia and diastasis recti. I was not promised a completely flat stomach but better than what I had now. I also had breast augmentation. I wasn't allowed to leave until all my questions and concerns were answered, and was told anything I thought of I could call anytime. I went in for my surgery and everything went great. I was home 6 hours later with absolutely no pain. I'm 49 years old and 6 weeks out from my surgery and have not taken a pain pill yet. My stomach even with the swelling is almost completely flat , my breast augmentation was great I didn't even realize it was done until I looked down. My post op care is on point. The staff is awesome. If you want to look fabulous Dr Schlechter is the man. I look forward to future experiences with Spring Ridge Plastic Surgery. I will age well as long as Dr Schlechter is practicing. Dr Schlechter and his staff are the best around. You won't be sorry ever. Brenda GrassleyUpdate its now been 5 months since my tummy tuck/breast augmentation and I am absolutely thrilled with the care and outcome! Im back to work finally able to eat and have no pain like before my surgery. My weight has declined from almost 175 lbs to about 140 due to slight swelling which is part of the healing process. Most importantly to me was I did not need any drugs for pain and listened to Dr Schlechter completely on instructions. The healing process is lengthy but well worth the final results. To date I havent ridden my horse because Im clearly not fully healed ,but I will be back on him as soon as Im given the all clear! I believe a successful surgery succeeds not only upon the doctor but the patient following instructions for best results. And please believe when I say at the age of soon to be 50 my results make me look. 25 years younger and that is an amazing feeling. I want to thank Dr Schlechter for not only giving me my life back, but also making me look great and feel great about myself. I will always be most great full to you.
