I didnt even meet Dr. Crantford until right before my surgery. I live out of state and traveled to SC for this surgery due to his reputation and recommendations online! He is a master at explanting, lift and fat grafting! I interviewed several plastic surgeons and as soon as I spoke to him I knew he was going to be my surgeon! I went to Dr.Costa for a nose procedure and I couldnt be happier. I was going on my second because a previous doctor left debris between my eye brows from a previous surgery and didnt do a great job esthetically. I had a consult with Dr Costa and knew as soon as he put his hands on my face he was the doctor for me. My case was very difficult as he had to carefully remove the debris and also fix 3 other issues while I was there. His bedside manner was superb and the results are even better. I still get compliments on how gorgeous my nose is. He is a true artist and master at his craft. I wouldnt trust anyone else when it comes to rhinoplasty. Im looking into Lipo for my belly so wanted to contact his office. If your looking for rhinoplasty, look no more. I wouldnt trust anyone else!
