I am a Registered Nurse and took my husband to Dr Bibb for Dermatology. We were both pleased with Dr. Bibb. However, after being on a facial chemical for 2 weeks my husband and I were unsure if he should stop the medication as the directions were to stop when 'scabbed' over! So areas were, some were not.Anyways, being unsure we stopped into his office to ask if the nurse, Dr, or secretary could guide us.We were told the Dr was not avail, so asking for the nurse to view his face the secretary said the she would have to charge a full office visit it look at him. We declined a full office visit payment and will not return. Very disappointed in their patient attention. In these time of COVID, I know for a fact that office visit are down.
