Stay away. Dr. Rosenden examined my knee injury. He said I had gout and I needed to stop drinking beer and eating red meatWent to Sanford Orthopedic Clinic in Sioux Falls and they laughed at my first diagnosis.A strained knee do to hyperextesion of my knee.

I absolutely LOVED my doctor (Dr. Ellen Hopper). She is kind, she listens to everything you say, she remembers her patients, and when theres an issue she tries everything to find an answer. Her nurses are phenomenal as well. One of the biggest complaints I have is that EVERY time I call to schedule an appointment, I try to explain to the scheduler whats going on and she interrupts me and puts me on hold. After being on hold, she comes back to tell me what kind of appointment I need, I then have to try to explain my situation AGAIN, I then get put on hold again, and finally get the appointment I need. Its very frustrating because it happens every time. The care I get from my doctor and nurses outweighs the negatives with the scheduler though.

A lot of times, in healthcare, it's easy to focus on the bad side of one's experience. While my visits in the past weren't always 'fun' ones, my visits to Dr. Dickes and Dr. Jones (retired) and the nurses have gone smoothly and timely--nice people all around. I was mostly impressed how easy it was to get lab work done upon request. Check-in and check-out were easy. The questions are thorough enough and all info is updated on My Chart quickly. I feel like this is how healthcare (at least from the administrative standpoint) should be done. Dermatology visits to Dr. Smith have also been great, so crossover to Prairie Lakes in the clinic setting is smooth. I will be back!

I've had nothing but great experience here! Every one is so friendly. I have had dr. Jones and dr. Dickies along with nurse melissa tempel, the lab people and front desk. I love them all and would recommend to everyone I'm only in my first trimester with my first baby but so far I'm so comfortable and appriecate the great service. So very pleased with everything!!

The nurses are so rude here. They clearly can not read or know how to take notes. Had Walgreens in Sioux Falls fax them info they need to fill a rx for my father and they sent everything to Walgreens in Watertown! Nurses always seem like your asking soooo much of them when you ask them to perform their job duties. I would avoid this death trap!

Very very rude nurse named Lee Ann ! Spelling bad patient name ! we have to ask for her name, no greeting , no friendly and she has some attitude. After her , patient was suffering , cold, and we waited so long and we are still waiting and dont know yet when doctor will show up. Patient decided to lay in the clinic bed and fall asleep because of the waiting time. Sooooo sad !!!!!

I truly love this clinic they awesome doctor's especially Dr. Pengilly she is super nice all the nurses, receptionist, schedulers, lab, X-ray, breast exams and with the new dermatology Dr Smith, Dr Rieber, I love all my Sanford Health doctors whether they are in Watertown SD or Soiux Falls SD it just makes it easier when they are in Watertown SD now that I have to use Watertown Area Transit whom are really nice for what they do for the public
