Got a referral from my primary care doctor for a spot on me. Turns out it was a hereditary spot. But another tiny spot was found and biopsy said it was melanoma. They got it in early stages and were very good to me. ( all staff ) Even had a plastic surgeon sew me up around the ear and he did an awesome job! Went for 6 month check up in November and another biopsy had to be done and was taken care of by Dr. Chung and again great job by all. I definitely recommend Skin Cancer and Dermatalogy Center in Athens.

Dr. Uddin, in the Athens office, was great! The staff however, were not. I would never get a return call after leaving several messages. I was never informed before my next appointment that my medication (which had to be administered in office) did not arrive. I had to go out of my way and go back to the office to sign a form they forgot to have me sign. Dr. Gomez, in the Cleveland office, was rude, combative and unprofessional to say the least. I have given them too much of my time. There are other dermatologist in the area who are more professional in their practice, including the office staff as well! Do not go here if you expect personal service!!

The whole staff is courteous and exceptional. I go to Brittany and she is the best. She is knowledgeable and she takes the time to answer questions. She treats you with the upmost respect. I highly recommend this office.

The only reason I gave a 1 star is because Google won't let you leave zero star. I was recently diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma and ask for a referral to another dermatologist that only does skin cancer. I was first told by the receptionist that she couldn't do that. One of the staff from the back then came to the front and after I approached her she said a referral would be no problem. Once I filled out release of information for the other physician's office I was then told again they couldn't give me a referral even if it was per patient request. I have been to the office 2 times and neither time have I seen an actual physician. My heath is important to me and so is my purse. If I have a concern that I'm paying a $50 copay, I want to see an actual doctor that went to school for their specialty and not a physician's assistant. Very disappointed in this office.

I went here to be treated for alopecia areata. Wait time minimal. Appointment availability flexible. Staff courteous and kind. I had a good experience and they helped me get my condition under control. My hair has regrown and I know if/when I have another episode I can go back. Definitely worth the hour drive for me.

I have to say I was very tentative about going because I hate being in such situations. The staff was very nice and the PAC, Ashley I think her name was, that cut on me did a great job! super bedside manner and knowledgeable in her field. my 1st time at a dermatologist, I'm getting old.
