I have not had a good experience at this practice. Barely a year after surgery I am having complications that were unfortunately due to my surgeons misjudgement during surgery. I am told by this practice that this is now my problem and I am responsible for an even more expensive correction. During surgery they placed a larger size implant for me than I had originally tried on during sizing. During this whole process the staff has been very dismissive of my concerns (I was told I was experiencing swelling for the longest time) and generally unhelpful when scheduling appointments or even sending over my own medical records (they have yet to do that though Ive requested them). Also, most of his assistants saying so much to me about capsular contracture post operatively even though it was not really present made me pretty paranoid. Also I feel like there was so much emphasis on massage post operatively that their theory was almost if I get a bad result then it will be my own fault. Thinking this for months this can almost drive a person crazy! I just really want people to know to seek out multiple consults with doctors and ultimately choose someone who you believe has your best interests in mind because I believe this practice has not done that for me.

Had a recurring spot of cancer on my nose. One butcher had already done office surgery and botched it. (Nurse Practitioner) It came back with a vengeance. Second butcher (Made appointment with another Doctor got a Nurse Practitioner) was going to do office surgery again. Luckily I refused and sought a referral. The 'spot' they were going to remove turned out to be over 2cm in size and engulfed my entire nostril. Dr. McCord is FANTASTIC!!!! She caught the problem immediately, fixed it and accommodated my terrible work schedule. She made this horrible experience like checking into a 4-star hotel. After the first consultation I realized I had truly found a medical professional.

Dr. Chase did exactly what I wanted & the results were better than I expected ! My entire experience was pain free, very private & comfortable. Dr. Chase has a kind & gentle demeanor that puts you at ease. His work makes you look natural & rested. No tight lips or wide eyes . My only regret is that I was too embarrassed to go for the consult, until I complimented a friend on how refreshed she looked. She told me about Dr. Chase & about some mutual friends who had been to Dr. Chase. All of our friends look wonderful ! I'm so glad that I went to Dr. Chase ! If you're considering going for a consult - don't wait like I did - go now & start enjoying the changes you want !

I had a suspicious biopsy at the dermatologist for a potential melanoma that showed up on one of my ears. Turns out, ears are difficult areas to operate on in order to get wide margins due to their particular anatomy. We chose Dr. McCord knowing that I had one shot at getting it done right and knowing my ear needed to be put back together after removing the offending spot and cartilage. We were so very pleased!!! She was very calming, most easy to talk to, and very competant. I was very pleased with the outcome ! I ended up having to have it done at the hospital, but it all went off completely without a hitch.... and she went out of her way to accommodate the schedule of the other physician needed as well. I would most definitely recommend her services to anyone else needing the help or services of a plastic surgeon. We were not disappointed!
