Dr. Tosh is a great surgeon. He has an amazing bedside manner. He takes the time to explain things to you, and doesn't make you feel rushed. He doesn't try and persuade you into doing anything unnecessary, like some doctors do. His nurse is also very friendly and polite. Highly recommend and will be returning for any surgical procedures my family or I need.
