I originally had two consults booked and my appointment with Dr. Hall was scheduled first. I knew from my very first appointment with Dr. Hall that I did not need to look any further! He is so professional, caring and also very kind with wonderful bed side manners. I had my consult 6 months prior to my surgery and I am now almost 3 weeks post op. They say not to go by your results until you are at least 3 months out but I can honestly say I am already beyond thrilled at my results!! This is something I have wanted for nearly 12 years and Dr. Hall went above and beyond my expectations. Anytime I have contacted the office with questions before or after my surgery they are all so very kind and address every question I have without hesitation. If you are looking for a phenomenal Dr. along with a wonderful office staff...go see Dr. Hall you will not regret it! Thank you Dr. Hall and staff for everything you have done for me!

I believe Katy was the one who did my lips and was very informative about the different kinds of fillers that they had and which would be the best for me. I went with a half syringe and I love the results! Next time I might go for the full one because I would want them alittle bit bigger! Anyways, great and pleasurable experience especially when the last place I went to the staff seemed very snobby like they were better than everyone. Highly recommend this place!

Dr. Hall and his staff made my rhinoplasty simple, peaceful, and there was little to no pain whatsoever in the recovery. Recovered very well and very fastly. I can finally breathe again through both of my nostrils and my septum/shape of my nose was corrected perfectly. I would 10/10 recommend Dr. Hall and his wonderful staff to anyone that is looking for a rhinoplasty or any procedure. Hes a pro and I couldnt be happier with my experience.

I can give a great view just based off my consultation and not even getting the procedure I want to get yet, which is nose fillers. The office staff was very warm and welcoming to me and they listened to what I had to say about what I wanted and Dr. Jason Hall was so pleasant to me and even offered to inject saline into my nose just to give me a general idea and preview of what they could do with filler and gave me a price estimate for what I was wanting. I can't wait to be able to go back and get what I want done when I've saved enough, I know I'll be in good hands here.Edit: returned for lip fillers by Katie and was extremely pleased and happy with my results of a natural looking plumper set of lips.

Recently, I decided to have Juvederm injected in my cheeks as I've gotten older and they have fallen. Once that was done I have to notice I don't have wrinkles. Katie and two of her associates performed the procedure and did a fantastic job. I only wish I could afford to have a little more put in there. Lol! I would highly recommend Dr Hall his staff for any facial procedures as I was very comfortable with them and will return again. The left side is before and the right side is after. Notice the difference in my profile in the after, I love it!

Hello allKatie and Rhonda we both so nice and the other girls there in the office were just as friendly. I'm for sure going back for many more procedures. I got Botox in my forehead and around my eyes and I am really pleased with my results. I will be back for micro-needling soon along with some fillers for my cheeks and my under eyes so I will absolutely post again about the results in the future which I'm super optimistic about! Next year I will be hopefully meeting with Dr. Hall for my second breast augmentation and I've heard great things about him from other people. You will love this office and the people there thank you to all the girls at the office! Excited to see you in the future

Kind of long but please read. I recently have come out as transgendered.One of the biggest things about being transgendered is how to determine who, when and where is the proper time to disclose this information. Who can you trust?I read the reviews on the Doctor and chose him just for that reason. My first visit I was seated in what was apparently a consultation room with him in front of me and his office manager standing behind me over my left should with arms crossed just out of my vision. It was kind of unnerving because they kept stealing glances at each other and to be honest I was feeling a little uncomfortable with the whole situation. I never did relate all the information I wanted in that consultation because I was just uncomfortable. It felt like what a criminal may go through during an interrogation.Round 2. I decided that of all people I should at least come out to my doctor, so I made another appointment. Mustering all my courage I called back and first disclosed my gender and then made the appointment. When I walked in for the second appointment I first noticed employees coming from the back to take a peek at me which at the time I did not associate it with me confessing my gender to the office manager. I then was brought into the same consultation room as before and waited for the doctor. He walks in a few minutes later with a nurse, smiles and then proceeds to scold me about trust and honesty and did this for a good 5 minutes...with a condescending smile on his face the entire time that never reached his eyes. After that I was told in one breath how he could not do what I wanted because it would look worse than it does now and then in the next breath told me that he thinks he could do it. The next 15 minutes was him telling me that I should not do things half way and should just go ahead and get all the surgeries for male to female. This time with an actual attitude. The last five minutes or so was actually unbelievable because I just sat there in shock as he then waffled between good doctor and bad doctor telling me yes and no. I left thoroughly confused and actually cried later on after replaying the whole situation and realizing it was my gender to have the whole office act like that.This was the first time I have been ridiculed, albeit an indirect way but still ridiculed for being transgendered and it sucked. I hope no one else has to go through this. After all this the office sent me a questionnaire and I gave them this same story to which they sent me a check for $40. Really? $40? Just keep your money, it is insulting enough.If I could give this rating zero stars I would.

Dr. Hall is a wonderful doctor and a wonderful person as well. I went to him for a revision rhinoplasty. He knew what I wanted before I even told him what I was looking for. Every aspect of the process was comfortable and easy. The front desk people as well as the nurses were as nice as they could be. The surgery itself was easy and their facilities are amazing. I love my new nose and it fits my face perfectly. It was a very complicated surgery and Dr. Hall made it seem easy. He has extensive knowledge in every aspect of nose surgery!The only hiccup I experienced was in the paying process. After I paid my fee for the surgery center, they could not find my receipt and tried to make me pay twice. Luckily I saved the paper receipt, because it could have been disastrous. That being said, I highly recommend Dr. Hall to anyone.

Everyone in this office is very nice and attentive. The environment is very nice and welcoming. And I absolutely love Dr. Hall's nurse Lacy. She is amazing and very quick to answer any questions I have. However, my surgery did not have the results anticipated. I have been going to all my Post-op appointments stating these concerns and always seem that my concerns get pushed aside. I finally scheduled another consultation to speak to Dr. Hall about my outcome. After expressing my concerns for the 4th time he agreed to correct his mistake, except with that correction he wants to charge me for another procedure. As a provider myself, I find it very unethical to charge someone to correct your mistake. If you are looking for a surgeon just know that if you need revisions, you will have to pay for it. Other surgeons in the area do not charge a surgeon fee on revisions for a procedure that they performed.

I recently had R F Therapy done in Dr.Halls office. It replaced my third micro needling procedure. It had just became available. Dr. Hall keeps up with the latest technologies and implements what he considers best for his patients. It was a positive experience, with no down time for me. With the micro needling,I always had about a week of down time with bruising,redness, peeling of my skin. this new procedure was different from the micro needling , as I only felt pressure from the instrument . I had only a couple of small bruised areas, slight redness like a sunburn but no pain, no swelling and no peeling. My skin seems tighter and more radiant than before. As always, Dr. Hall and his staff are awesome; highly skilled, professional, compassionate, respectful,considerate and always very helpful and kind.

This is about to be a long review lol, but my experience here was just so great, I need to share! Almost a year ago I came to Dr. Hall to discuss a procedure that many other surgeons had already turned me away for, they said they wouldn't be able to make a difference. I had always been so self conscious about the way my chin protruded and really wanted a genioplasty (chin bone reduction). From the very moment I walked in the door at the office, I felt so welcomed and comfortable, everyone there is so kind. For the consultation, Dr. Hall took the time to listen to what I wanted then analyzed the situation and put together the best course of action all while being realistic about the expectations and outcome. I was beyond thrilled that he was willing to do this for me, I thought no one ever would. I was most anxious for the Surgery itself and having an IV put in, but ms. Lacey made sure I was as comfortable as I could be throughout the entire thing. She is honestly the sweetest soul and amazing at what she does, it was a breeze with her. Everything was explained to me so well from beginning to end by both Dr. Hall & Ms Lacey, which always helps too. I had absolutely no issues at all during or after my surgery, they took great care of me throughout the entire process. Today, I can honestly say that the operation improved my life so much. The operation did make a difference, not only in my appearance but my confidence as well. I was bullied for years about my chin. I can't think of anywhere that could do a better job than Dr. Hall and his team, I wouldn't go anywhere else for any future work, and I live out of state;) So thank you again everyone at this office, you each are blessings. I posted a picture showing off dr.halls genius and beautiful work. After years of feeling like people saw my nose and chin and not me, I finally feel free. I remember at six or seven years old, being in a dressing room at a local department store with my mom and seeing my reflection from three different angles and thinking Im so weird looking. At 24, I decided to change it. Dr. Hall removed 3-4 mm from my nose AND chin, a total of nearly 8mm! However, my nose is still shaped the same, its just smaller and more delicate. I have always said Im not ugly, but if I got a nose job, just imagine how unstoppable Id be. AND THATS WHAT I AM! Dr.hall helped me become the woman I was destined to be. He is a fantastic, brilliant and understanding human that changed not only my nose and chin, but my self confidence and life. His staff is wonderful, they treat you like youre a part of their family. I was shocked that such a practice was in Knoxville!
