Dr Erella and Cindy, his assistant, are AMAZING! They are warm and friendly and Dr. E is extremely thorough. He has been doing my Botox as well and I am ALWAYS pleased. There is NOTHING negative that I can say about my experiences with DR. Erella and his team at Aspira Plastic Surgery & Med Spa .I just took pictures for my 6 month post op after liposuction on my mid section, back and arms. I just THOUGHT I was in awe, but after today, I am AMAZED! I knew there was a huge difference, because I have been able to order clothes online without trying them on, but today, I actually SAW the difference and it was so much better than I expected. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to follow up and do the tummy tuck do a an unexpected death in the family and having to cut into savings, but I am working up to save up. I WILL be back to get it done!

I've had 4 hydrafacials with Taylor so far and am LOVING the results! For the last 2 years I've had really dry patches on some parts of my face while at the same time having clogged pores around my nose and chin. I saw results after the 1st hydrafacial but the cummulative effect of the series has been astounding. The dry patches are gone, I've got way less blackheads and am constantly getting compliments on my skin. Taylor is very attentive and dedicated to providing top notch service. She even did a deep dive into all of the ingredients in the hydrafacial and Skinceuticals products to make sure we didn't use anything with propylene glycol (I'm allergic!). I'm hooked!

I had a combined tummy tuck and a hysterectomy on May 30th. Definitely choosing Dr. Erella as my plastic surgeon was the best decision I have ever made. From my first visit, Dr. Erella has been very respectful and has always made me feel comfortable. I was extremely scared because of my age (52 years old), but he helped put my fears away. To me, is very clear that Dr. Erella's number one goal is his patient's safety. Dr. Erella worked very well with my gynecologist and they both coordinated my surgery fantastically with no complications. Dr. Erella was very clear and realistic about what I should expect and didn't make unrealistic promises. My recovery has been AMAZING with just very little pain for the first 4 days. My stomach is looking flat and beautiful. My results definitely exceeded all my expectations. Dr. Erella's staff is very professional and helpful. Cyndi has been an angel to me. She is very sweet and always ready to help in any way possible. I highly recommend Dr. Erella. My only regret is not doing my surgery 19 years ago.

This review is overdue as I had an arm lift procedure done about 8 months ago. While the procedure itself was satisfactory, Dr. Erella came off as extremely rude and rushed past the consultation very fast almost as if he needed to be somewhere else. He asked questions about my ethnic background and did not even smile a single time. I went out of my way to try to be friendly and tried to remain composed which is something he should have been doing instead of me. Looking at the rest of the reviews, I am very surprised that I received this sort of treatment but many others had a positive one. I was recommended by a good friend of mine so I went ahead with the procedure because I figured that as long as I got good results, it would not matter. After my procedure I was immediately rushed outside instead of given a few minutes to even rest. Joleen was extremely nice but Dr. Erella was just unexpectedly rude. It felt like he was forced to do the procedure and was very unfriendly. Just to be clear, I am satisfied with my results (could have been better) but I was dissatisfied with my treatment. Even my friend that came with me to the follow up noticed this. My advice would be that theres many great surgeons in Austin that can get the job done. Connection with your patients is of upmost importance and rude behavior should not at all be accepted. I do not recommend this surgeon.

Dr. Erella is the kind of doctor you want in your corner. He sees and treats you like his family member. He will go out of his way to make sure your procedure is explained well, manages expectations with honesty and produces high quality results with integrity. His dedication to his patients starts with accepting more than sufficient sessions to to explain any procedure and his insistence on calling his personal phone numbers which he answers by the way, if needed. This man does not play with your health and it is obvious in his interactions with his team the high expectations for everybody so you know this is the A team. He is very knowledgeable in all spa procedures and tests his staff on occasion which I must admit is enjoyable to watch. He will also educate you while you are there. I am personally very satisfied with the services provided by Dr. Erella.

Clear Expectations and Great Experience!I had liposuction done with Dr. Erella in March 2018, and overall, it was a highly positive experience, and I'd recommend Dr. Erella to anyone seeking a similar procedure... for several reasons:PRE-SURGERY: Dr. Erella is clear and direct. He doesn't sell you on anything. He explains what you can expect, and more importantly, what the limitations are. At no point do you have any illusions of a some life changing surgery. He's upfront, and that let's you know you're working with a professional.SURGERY:For me, it was straightforward and mostly pain free process. There's some pain, no matter the surgery, and everyone handles that pain different (as he explained to me).That was very much the case. You're awake during the procedure (local anesthesia), so I was aware of what was going on the entire time and all throughout, Dr. Erella routinely checked in with me to ensure everything was going smoothly. It's quite fascinating to witness it all. In the end the procedure was done in a few hours, and I was home soon after - recovering. POST-SURGERY I can attest to a very easy experience. I was up on my feet and doing most general tasks a day after my procedure. Again, though, everyone is different. You're provided with sufficient medication to make the recovery as quick and pain free as possible. Now a month after the surgery, I am very content with the results and look forward to working with these changes to continue sculpting my body to where I want it to be.

Ive had several procedures performed by Dr. Erella. One liposuction, two other major body lift procedures, and a couple of minor nip/tuck office procedures. I cannot put into words just how happy I am with the results. Dr. Erella really knows what hes doing! The scars from my surgery are extremely minor. I think that is because of his stitch work based on what I heard from other people in the hospitals. From the procedures I had over 10 pounds of skin removed. So you would expect a lot of scarring. Which I have not experience. Mostly because of how well he does his stitches. He has great bedside manner. He seems a little shy whenever you first meet him but once everyone is comfortable his friendly and funny personality really seems to come out. And he makes me laugh constantly. Ive become very comfortable with him. And I typically dont feel comfortable in medical situations. He always calls for follow up phone calls and makes sure to talk directly to my loved ones about my progress. Hes become my go to guy for anything the needs correcting! And I refer everyone to him. I really could not ask for better results or a better Dr!!!

My experience with Dr. Erella and Aspira Plastic Surgery was amazing. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Just stop looking....you found your surgeon. But for those that want more details on why I feel this way:I had been considering several different approaches to deal with stubborn fat around my flanks and abdomen mainly that wouldn't shrink, no matter how I ate or exercised. I knew I didn't want anything as invasive as a Tummy Tuck, but was considering both Cool Sculpting and Smart Lipo. After doing a ton of research and narrowing my list to 3 doctors in the area and settling on SmartLipo, I went to visit each. Dr. Erella was the ONLY one to actually meet with me on my initial consultation. And it wasn't some casual, 5 minute meet and greet. He spent easily 30-45 minutes discussing my objectives, assessing my body shape and problems areas and then, in detail, with drawings, explaining the procedure he would do. He put me at ease but also didn't sugar coat where the challenges would be and where the procedure stood the greatest chance of success. His pricing and policies were very fair and reasonable and I actually took the plunge and added a few more areas on my own accord, not through any suggestions or pressure from Dr. Erella. With my safety and results as the utmost importance in his mind, we split my areas in 2 separate days spaced a few weeks apart. Both days, he took his time, had great bedside manner, as did his staff. His technique and approach to fat removal was VERY meticulous and thorough. He really wanted to remove as much fat as safely as possible. Both he and his staff followed up multiple times during my recovery process and were always available for questions after I left. Finally, the results: I couldn't be more pleased with my new shape and how much different I look in all my clothes. The difference has been remarkable in all the treated areas. I've been getting compliments ever since and my confidence in my body hasn't been this high in a long time!! Thank you Dr. Erella!!!!

This review is WAY overdue. I had breast augmentation with Dr Erella back in October of 2016. I could not be more in love with the results!! And the process was so easy. I visited with several doctors but liked Dr Erella the best. He answered every question I had and sat with me for an hour. I expressed that my overall goal was to look as natural as possible. He was very straight forward and honest with what size he thought would be best for me and my frame. He was very informative and is extremely knowledgeable. The surgery itself was WAY easier than I expected it to be. I had the surgery on a Thursday and returned to work on Monday. I do have a high pain tolerance but I thought that the pain was way more minimal than what I was expecting. And I could not be happier with how they look. I get so many compliments from family and friends on how natural they look. Getting a breast augmentation is a big decision and I 100% recommend Dr Erella and his staff. (Also forgot to mention he has the NICEST staff. They were always so sweet).

I have received neck liposuction procedure at aspira plastic surgery recently and my experience has been very good. I was treated very well by Dr. Erella and the staff before, during and after the procedure. I am particularly impressed with Dr.Erellas skills. It was a great experience to have such caring physician do my procedure and I was also told exactly what to expect after. I am happy with my result and will look forward to getting another procedure done in future. When I was getting the procedure done, I havent felt nervous even a single second since I could sense the experience and expertise of Dr. Erella while doing lipo. This was my first lipo experience and definitely wont be my last procedure in aspira plastic surgery office. If I am getting any procedure done, Dr. Erella is the right person to go to. He not only has decades of experience, but is very humble and values his patients.
