Dr Toledo and his staff are fantastic! I had an extended tummy tuck. They were there every step of the way. Dr Toledo was very informative in the consultation, and he was very thorough throughout the process. Sylvia is amazing, and she makes you feel very comfortable with her knowledge and care for the patients. Esther is also great! She is very kind, reassuring and attentive. Amy, one of his surgical nurses, was so supportive. All of the nurses and staff, even Dr Jackson, the anesthesiologist, is so wonderful! What an amazing doctor. Dr. Toledo was very honest about the results I would get with the procedures he suggested. I was a sun lover in my teens and young adult age, so my skin was not in the best condition. Dr Toledo suggested the partial facelift with lip augmentation and laser. The results are more than I expected Im very excited about the results. I would definitely recommend Dr. Toledo, he is the best.

I had a bad surgery in Mexico and needed a revision. I went to another doctor that sold me on an idea of making my nose look like a model or whatnot, but then told be the chances of it looking like that was slim so I was put off by the false hopes. Dr. Toledo was the next doctor I saw and I liked how straight to the point he was and did not sugar coat anything. He kept it real and told me what to expect and I really appreciated that. Maybe its because Im a male and I dont care much about cosmetics. I just wanted a normal looking nose, nothing spectacular. Dr.Toledo delivered (from what I can tell anyways, I am still swollen from the surgery). My nose doesn't look weird compared to how it was from my first surgery. All the women in the office are fantastic and really are a big part of why I decided to have surgery here. If you need anything they'll do it, and are always asking if you need anything.

He got rid of my hump and straightened my nose that was badly deviated. In August 2019 I had a revision rhinoplasty by Dr. Toledo. My first rhinoplasty in 2018 I regrettably chose another surgeon who made my nose go from bad to worse & I often cried over what the other surgeon did to my face. After a year of tears & feeling hideous from a lumpy misshapen nose I consulted with Dr. Toledo and scheduled my revision. My results are beyond incredible! Not only did he fix what the other surgeon damaged, Dr. Toledo gave me a smaller, symmetrical, and beautiful nose! Let me start by saying if you are looking for a plastic surgeon, schedule a consultation with Dr. Toledo today! I had decided I was going to get a facelift two years ago, but wanted to find the right doctor and not rush into anything (even though I was eager to look younger again!) There are an almost overwhelming number of plastic surgeons in Dallas, let alone the state of Texas, so I was confident I would find a place. I had gone to three consultations at other offices and thought I would be happy at any of them, but when I came to see Dr. Toledo, I immediately saw the difference and knew this was the place I wanted to schedule my surgery. I felt at home right away - the office feels very comfortable and the staff were all friendly and warm to me. During the appointment, Dr. Toledo listened to my concerns and what I was hoping for in terms of results. He was honest and straightforward, explaining what was possible and what was not. He clearly has a great deal of experience and not only knows what is best, but took the time to explain what he could do for me. Just from the first appointment it is easy to see that Dr. Toledo cares about his patients and was not trying to sell me on different treatments or procedures. In fact, he even told me that I didn't need some of the other procedures that I was considering or thought I needed! He wanted me to be happy with the results, but made sure I had realistic goals. The day of my surgery I was very nervous, but as soon as I arrived to the office (the surgeries are done right in the office building!) everyone put me at ease. My recovery was manageable and the staff were incredibly patient with my questions and called multiple times to check on me. It has been 3 weeks since my surgery and I could not be happier! I feel like years have been erased off of my face and I have a new confidence that I haven't had in a long time! I don't shy away from the camera - I feel gorgeous! Thank you, Dr. Toledo.

I met with Dr. Toledo to get his opinion on repairing my breast augmentation and to consider a thigh lift. Initially he was very nice, but by the end of my appointment I couldnt decide if he was just burned out or if he feels women over 40 arent worth his efforts. All he would say is skin sags with age and if you were 40 I would do this..., but your not. Who needs cosmetic surgery at 40? When I asked him what I can do to improve my skin on my own he said nothing. I suppose he may have given sound advice, but his bedside manner was so cold and unfeeling. Totally not what I expected. I was very discouraged when I left his office.

My 55 year old face looked like it was melting in the Texas heat. My forehead and eyes were droopy making me look tired all the time and my neck was hanging down like a turkey. Needless to say, it was time to talk about a facelift because I looked about 15 years older than I should. I have always heard Dr. Toledos name mentioned by ladies as the facelift king. I met with him and he recommended a face and neck lift, forehead lift and upper eyelid surgery. He also required I get medical clearance prior to surgery which I appreciated. I had my surgery in May. My recovery was quick, and I went back to work in 10 days. I had no discomfort or bruises but did have to keep ointment in my eyes for a couple of days. My results are perfect, I look like Im forty again. My neck is smoothed with no sagging, but I love my forehead and eyes. People keep telling me my eyes look so bright and I look really happy. Well I look that way because of this incredible surgery but an excellent surgeon. Dr. Toledo and his staff are as good as it gets. After my experience with surgery and recovery I trust him completely.

First thing I can say, is that Dr. Toledo and his staff have your best interest as their mindset. I am 26 and have been unhappy with my nose since I was 16, that entire time I have spent a great amount of time researching surgeons. Going to a plastic surgeon was the biggest and most nerve racking decision I have thought about making. I live in Houston, TX and when I came across Toledos webpage, 4 hours or not, I was set he would be my surgeon. Being an out of town patient, I was nervous to find a surgeon to perform my rhinoplasty but I consistently found the best reviews regarding Dr. Toledo. Those, along with very good recommendations from family friends, led me to choose him and I am so grateful that he did. Since I live 5 hours away, the initial consultation took place over the phone and the paperwork was electronic. I recently had a tummy tuck and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Dr. Toledo was able to help me for the first time in my life actually to have a flat stomach. I had 2 large babies that stretched out my abdominal muscles creating what's called diastasis recti. Due to this my muscles separated and wouldn't go back together. This caused back pain, poor posture & an undesirable look to my belly. Dr. Toledo was able to remove excess skin as well as tighten my abdominal muscles back together. I came in for a consultation to have a facelift and he noticed a bump on my neck right away. He did an exam and sent me to have a sonogram of my thyroid. The results showed thyroid cancer so Dr. Toledo sent me to a surgeon right away. He even called and talked to the surgeon for me. His staff is so caring they called and sent flowers to the hospital. This was one year ago and I am so thankful to Dr. Toledo. My cancer is gone! I believe God sent me to him that day so he could find the nodule on my thyroid. I have never been happy with the appearance of my nose. I finally had the opportunity to fix it. I am from AZ but currently live in TX, I looked high & low all over AZ & TX to find the PERFECT plastic surgeon who I was going to trust to make my nose/face just the way I wanted it! I had my torn ear lobe repaired years ago for $550.00. It was painful and never healed. I told him it was nit healing but it is not in his notes that he said he would make sure it was repaired. I called to see what his reaction would be now as it has not been a top priority with more critical medical issues. They now charge $750 and said they would repair it again for the old price of $550. Dont go there!

Dr. Toledo and his staff are incredible. I broke my nose from a sports injury, found Dr. Toledo online, called their office over the weekend, and they had me on the operating table by Wednesday. I had always thought my nose was too bulbous and was not feminine, which bothered me. I would also get a lot of sinus infections, so I wanted to fix this to help me look and feel better. Until I got into my thirties I did not think I would be a person who would have plastic surgery. My friend went to Dr. Toledo and recommended him. Even though I'm from San Antonio I drove up to Dallas to meet him. I was very nervous, never having been to a plastic surgeon before, but Dr. Toledo answered all my questions and was frank with me about what I could expect. I like that he talked to me like an adult. He recommended a forehead lift to open up my eyes. He was absolutely right. I had my surgery done 10 days ago and am very happy. The surgery was not painful and was a stress-free. The entire treatment from start to finish was only about 30 minutes. My face was red but I could tell it was going to look good. Now 1 week after the laser my skin looks smooth and supple. I had a second rhinoplasty here. I had the first rhinoplasty elsewhere and my septum was slightly deviated afterwards.Dr. Toledo told me he would be able to fix this along with the rhinoplasty. My septum is completely leaning on the right side - it is closed up. I cannot breathe out of my right nostril at all. I was supposed to go back for post pictures, but I was so upset I couldn't go. I hoped it was inflammation and I'd be able to breathe again.It's over two years later and I'm a mouthbreather, my nostril leaks all day every day, it's hard to breathe when exercising, I have to lay on my left side when I sleep to keep the left nostril as open as possible, all day I'm adjusting my nose trying to push the right nostril open so I can have a moment of nose-breathing.I am miserable. I wish I had never gone here.

Dr. Toledo is top notch, hands down the very best plastic surgeon you will find! He is the ONLY plastic surgeon I would ever even consider using. I had my Nose Surgery (Rhinoplasty) with Dr. Toledo in September 2015 and could not be any happier with the results. What's even better is that the procedure was ten times easier than I could have ever imagined, and almost pain free. I didn't even take a single prescription pain pill after leaving the surgery center the day of my procedure, or any time there after (even though they had been prescribed for me to use post-surgery were easily accessible). Dr. Toledo is a perfectionist, which is exactly what you want in a plastic surgeon (at least that's what I require in a person making permanent changes to my body). That is one of the reasons that makes him exceptional, since he sincerely wants the results to look flawless. Another thing I love about Highland Park Plastic Surgery Center is each and every staff member that Dr. Toledo has on board. They are all beyond sweet and helpful, making sure you are well taken care of by answering all of your questions and concerns. Dr.Toledo is an exceptional surgeon!! Years before I had my Breast Augmentation, I had contemplated in having surgery, but I never felt like the doctors were right for me. I went to a few plastic surgeons for consultations for breast implant replacement surgery. I thought I had found the right doctor until I met Dr. Toledo. He immediately gave me a feeling of trust and I knew I was in good hands. During the consultation, I noticed that he is not only a surgeon, but he is a true ARTIST! I told him what I wanted and he gave me his professional and honest opinion, which I did not get from the other doctors and I truly appreciated it. Since my surgery, I LOVE the results and am scheduling an abdominoplasty surgery to correct my abdomen after having 2 kids. I am normally fearful or surgery and especially pain but I know I am in good hands with Dr. Toledo and I am confident in his work and his care. After reading some of the reviews, I'm surprised that some people were offended at his sense of humor. He can be brutally honest, which is something that I appreciate and did not get from the other surgeons. I wanted someone who truly cared about my results and not someone who would do whatever I asked just because they wanted to get paid. His staff is also second to none. They are all so friendly, helpful and welcoming, unlike most of the other offices throughout Dallas. I will definitely recommend him to any and all friends/family who are considering cosmetic surgery. BEST DR. EVER!!!
