I have been a patient of Dr. Sanderson since 2013. After having lost over 100lbs and needing skin removal, liposuction to better shape my new body I have never been happier with his services. Ive watched them grow and expand over the years and I would not trust anyone else. Ashley, his RN is amazing and for the years that I struggled with things she took the time and interest to make sure my hormone replacement plan was as needed and shes always checking in with how Im feeling. Ive been able to refer friends to her and all around theres so much love. Where do I start, thank you to my wife for introducing me to Dr Sanderson and Ashley Wagner my Living Well health advisor. Men hit a certain age and we either gracefully slip into a physically older age or we crash overnight. I was very active working out, road biking, mountain biking, softball, mud runs on and on and one day I lost all desire, work stress, fatigue set in and mentally I was exhausted - I crashed hard. Dr. Sanderson and Ashley stepped in, some blood work, wellness counseling, a program plan and 9 months later I am back in the game feeling like I am 21 again. Dr. Sanderson and his team at FMPS are friendly, approachable and comforting for people who aren't as familiar with what Botox, fillers and lip injections entail. My sister is a dermatologist in Las Vegas, and if she approves of my forehead mobility and marble smooth skin after one session with Ashley Wagner, the NP they have on staff, I feel assured I went to the right place! What can be typically seen as a vain industry, these wellness spas can be intimidating. I felt comfortable enough after my first Botox session to come back for something completely unrelated. Ashley relayed my worries and hesitations to Dr. Sanderson about something very personal and they both were very professional and kept me at ease. On top of everything else, Dr. Sanderson has a philanthropic heart and makes sure his team keeps their patient's best interest at the forefront. I plan to continue driving from Dallas to see this team!

I recently moved to Dallas and needed to find a new Botox injector. I have only gotten Botox one time prior. I went to one other establishment in my former city before finding the flower mound and plastic surgery med spa where a nurse injector (MSN) Ashley Wagner , did my Botox treatment. In my research, I really struggled to find someone I could trust. After reading many reviews on different doctors and various med spas, I was so relieved to have found someone I felt almost certain would be qualified through mere education level alone. The good pretty much ended there. The price of their Botox was also on the higher end in comparison to other med spas. Education cannot account for lack of experience as it turns out. I went to Dr. Sanderson once for lip filler & returned a year later to Ashley Wagner (MSN) The first time went ok. He injected a full syringe into my top lip and cheeks (I keep detailed logs which I provided to the office after the fact), but it had been longer than usual between treatments because of my move. The second time I went I used the MSN , she injected WAY too much into my cheeks for my specific needs. Not enough in my lips (they are completely different sizes on the left and right side) I experienced complications I am still waiting-out to resolve today. Complications that I experienced such as shelving of my cheeks (chipmunk cheeks), bunny lines on my chin & absolutely No results whatsoever with the 28 units used in the tiny area between my eyes & they are ALL the result of old or poorly mixed Botox in the forehead area, and a lack of really evaluating how my facial muscles move. Ashley Wagner was very 'cookie cutter' about her technique and number of units injected. She simply couldnt be bothered to take the necessary time to fix it after a second trip back & 8 more units that I paid additional money for and now I am suffering the consequences of that.There is a lack of communication between her, the patient and Dr. Sanderson. Both times I was not able to obtain the exact number of unit placed in which areas. The aesthetician Ashley had to follow up with Dr. Sanderson after not replying to my emails for 3 days following the second injection. Ashley is also the one who followed up with me when I called to explain what had resulted a few weeks later. I asked for Dr. Sanderson to be notified of the situation, thinking surely he would want to personally follow up-- but he was not empathetic , he had nothing but remarks of closure without remedy to restore anything that I purchased. He flat out told me to go somewhere else and get it fixed.I literally had no idea it was the lack of proper injection in regards to the depth, placement and amount that was causing my issues. I figured it out by researching for hours online. Im stuck with nodules on my lips, a prominent left cheekbone and flat right one, unsymmetrical cheeks & lips, a restricted chin, & 680$ of Botox for my number 11s that wasnt effective AT ALL. I have now endured A month & a half of these side effects, and every time I look at a picture from a prior evening or dinner out I get so angry. This should not have happened and was 100% preventable. Though I will be able to recover from this as time goes on, I finally decided today that it should be made public the major problems that I have had with Dr. Sanderson & his Assistant Ashley Wagner as a Botox injector. I didnt take making the decision to write this review lightly at all. My suggesting to Flower Mound Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Spa is to take a LONG course from someone who does injections all day long. Board certifications or not, when it comes to injectables Shes a ROOKIE right now-- and it shows.

I am beyond happy I made the choice to go to Flower Mound Plastic Surgery. I wanted to get breast implants and had several consultations with other surgeons who didn't want to listen or address my concerns. I went to FMPS for my final consult and within 5 minutes of talking to Dr. Sanderson, I knew I wanted him to do my surgery. He listened to all my concerns, answered every question, and advised me on the best route to take to get the results I wanted for my gym-loving lifestyle.
