Dr. Rihani and his staff are truly great at making people feel welcomed and comfortable. I went in for a rhinoplasty and came out with a nose that not only is the shape I was going for, but also fits my face and looks natural. Recovery time was quick and I had minimal to no pain at all.

Dr. Rihani is a friend and colleague that I respect tremendously. I asked him to do my facial fillers because I admire his approach...less is more...and I was frankly tired of doing my own fillers as there are clearly limitations with that. I am thrilled with the results and cannot say enough about his office, his staff...but mostly him. He's kind, gentle and very professional. Five stars for him only because ten stars are not available. Awesome!

Dr. Rihani and his staff are simply the best. Excellence, caring, trustworthy and most importantly he takes the time to get to know you. I was referred to him by the hospital that stitched me up after an accident and Ive been with him ever since. For us older gals;) knowing you have someone you can trust to help you feel better about yourself, whether it is for serious illness/injury or cosmetic purposes, is a good thing. Ive had an earlobe tear repaired, Botox and fillers, but still feel I look natural. That takes talent. Highly recommend the entire team!

I was referred to Dr. Rihani by my PCP for my left earlobe that was ripped by an earring. Anytime I wore stud earrings I was very self conscious other would notice how un even they were. Dr. Rihani was so kind didnt make feel like I was being crazy about an earring being lower, he fixed it that same day! I am not 10 days post stitches and now just waiting to get my ears pierced again! Im so happy I finally did it and his office staff was all so kind and understanding. Now that I am way out of my teen years, I figured it was finally time to get rid of the scars I had from acne. After 1 dermabrasion treatment and 1 chemical peel, there is no need for me to even wear makeup. There was a tiny bit of swelling and I was a little pink for about two weeks but nothing major and it was surprisingly a pain-free process. Dr. Rihani at the Keller location was fantastic!

Dr. Rihani rebuilt an eyebrow and partial eyelid for my husband after a MOHS procedure to remove extensive skin cancer above his eye. We could not be more pleased with the results. After the surgeries he referred Tom to a radiologist for further treatment because he was suspicious of the cancer. We are so glad he did. He is receiving radiation treatments now hoping to reduce the chances of a reoccurrence.
