Dr. Steele is an amazing plastic surgeon. His years of experience and compassion for his patients is phenomenal! Dr. Steele makes you feel comfortable and you can tell he cares about his patients. His staff is an extension of his professionalism and by far the best staff from the front of the office to the back office.I have had some previous breast surgeries with some noticeable scarring. He not only reconstructed my breast but, fixed the previous scars his incisions look amazing! Dr Steele reconstructed my breast beyond my expectations.

I highly recommend them.An update after 2 months. I am very impressed with the final result of my surgical repair performed by Dr. Steele. I was worried about having a serious scar but I ended up much better than I ever could have hoped. What a great Dr. and staff. I will insist he do any cosmetic surgery I need in the future.

While searching for a plastic surgeon that I'd used in the past but has since retired, I was referred to Dr. Steele. From my first phone call with his office, I knew I hit gold. Kerri is so kind, helpful and reassuring during our conversation to just schedule a consult. Upon meeting her at my first visit, she made me feel so welcomed, like we were family. Everyone in the office is very down to earth, something you can't say about all plastic surgeon offices. I met with Dr. Steele and he explained everything very thoroughly and took his time. He was patient with my questions as well. We knew that getting insurance to cover a reduction can be challenging and they explained the process very well and reassured me that they were willing to put in the time and effort to coordinate with insurance. It was successful. Insurance approved it on the first submission. He did wonderful work with my reduction. I am very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend him. I consider myself so lucky to have stumbled upon Dr. Steele.

After months and months of research I narrowed it down and made a list of 5 surgeons that performed breast reductions to request consultations. Dr. Matthew Steel was the first name on that list of five. I noticed that his web page had the most pictures of the procedure that I could see for myself the results this work. Needless to say, I never made it down the list to the rest of the Doctors, there was no need to. From the moment I called to make the appointment for my consultation I felt the commitment of his staff to their patients. I arrived to my appointment with lots of questions and doubts. Then I met Dr. Steel and I knew that he was the perfect choice. I felt confident that he was going to do an amazing job but I also felt safe. He explained everything so detailed that the million questions I had were reduced to maybe three?? I noticed from the get go that he was eager to help and get me to where I felt comfortable in my own skin but also find the relief that I needed from all my back problems because of size of my breast. Dr. Steel and his staff are amazing!!! You feel a great atmosphere and vibe in his office. Everyone including his lovely and beautiful wife are very nice and attentive. Its been almost two months after my breast reduction and I could not be happier and more grateful, I love my results!!! Im glad I made the right choice of Doctor, so If you are considering a breast reduction or any procedure, Dr. Steel is your guy!!! Thank you Dr. Steel and Staff for an amazing experience. :)

Dr. Matthew Steele is a magician with body contouring!!! I had laser lipo on my upper and lower abs, waist, back bra area and arms about 4 months ago. I have lost several inches in each area, have gone down 2 dress sizes and am loving my newly gained confidence! I have always been an athlete and healthy but as I got a little older and priorities changed, it became harder to get weight off and keep it off. After my procedure I am back to working out harder than ever and could not be happier! I recently underwent a bilateral mascetomy in April. From the first initial consultation I had discussing my options for reconstruction my mind was put as ease with everything I was about to go through. I absolutely love the staff. The Best. Period. I called a few other surgeons in DFW to ask questions about procedures and didn't even schedule a consult because it just didn't feel right. The first time I called here, they made me feel welcome and not rushed, listened to my questions and concerns. It was like we were old friends. The staff is small which is awesome because you always deal with the same people, they know your case and when you call, you know exactly who you are talking to. Where to begin...Breast cancer is a seriously traumatic diagnosis. The thought of having that hideous disease attacking your body is beyond comprehensible. So the thought of having a bi-lateral mastectomy is devistating and terrifying for any woman. I was afraid of waking up..not looking like the woman I was before surgery. BUT between my breast surgeon handling the mastectomys and Dr. Steele's magic hands taking care of my reconstruction, the results are amazing! The scars are as close to perfect as you could get, and not at all what I expected. I woke up with larger (and perkier, lol) breast than I had when they put me under! I will have the expanders in during my chemo and radiation, then Dr. Steele will put my implants in after I have fully healed. I absolutely love this man and his family. Keri (his wife) and Erica (his MA) have made me feel like I'm a part of the family...which I guess I am now! If I ever decide to have any more work done, you can bet Dr. Steele is my choice. I would recommend him to anyone for any reason, cosmetic, surgery, and reconstruction.
