From the first time I stepped in the door, I felt at ease, and this was my first experience with facial surgery. The staff are fantastic and such neat ladies! Dr. Walker is very good at diagnosing problems and is not overly eager to perform surgery. He lets the patient decide when to have surgery. The staff is very friendly and is very informative toward the patient. When a problem comes up over insurance,it is quickly resolved. I would recommend Dr. Walker and his staff to anyone.
