I went for covid-19 test and sat in the front parking lot for an hour and a half before someone told me to drive around to the back to wait for another half hour. My appointment was at 1:40 it is now 3:30.This place seems mismanaged or understaffed or maybe both but definitely the worst medical experience I've been through

I have several medical problems and ASD. Laura Gordon saved my foot and didn't give up when I wanted to. She is very kind and takes the time to listen to all of my complaints. Crystal can draw my labs on the first stick, which for me is rare. All of the staff at the Dream Center location are caring and make you feel like a person, not a chart number.

Our experience was a great one and the reason that was what because of Laura Gordon FNP Not only was she very interactive with us she was human with us we didn't leave feeling like we didn't know everything we need to know. This goes to show that doctors and nurses should have a interactive almost fun experience while getting to the root of the problem. We left after a while feeling like everything was going to be okay. She was carrying considerate and very informative. And this we're going to be a restaurant I would give her five stars. We wish her a very happy holidays Merry Christmas Happy New Year and we look forward to our next visit with her. We met her for the first time today and I never say this lightly this woman deserves a raise or promotion or whatever she can get or praise from her community of medical professionals they can learn a lot. Thank you Laura and we hope you have a great weekend!!! :-)

I've been going to Stephen f Austin clinic for about a couple years now and all I can say is absolutely good things about the the clinic the employees inside receptionist that you deal with when you're calling to make appointments or to find out certain details about your progress on your reports I truly thank them I also want to say a very huge hello and thank you to Melanie the Freeport location for all her help and support she's helps me with and I also want to reach out and say a huge huge thank you my doctor Laura Gordon but she's over at the dream center and her assistants Crystal and Linda and the receptionist there I think them from the from the bottom of my heart they're excellent you're not just a number you are treated as you are a person and I feel very confident when I go into their office that they have the best interest in my health thank you again and thank you for the clinic Pamela dancy

Very frfriendly staff. They were so friendly and understanding. They treated me as a friend. The doctor, who is DR.Carmen, treated me well. Asked me the appropriate questions and explained the reason for my symptoms. I highly recommend this place. Straight people.

Great caring staff. They have a Suboxone (MAT) program here. They will help you out if you have no money and are out of state without meds so that you are not sick. They will also help you taper off of the meds properly so you dont have to suffer excruciating withdrawals. These are some of the most kind and caring medical staff I have seen personally in Texas. Even the receptionists seemed to care and wanted to get me started in the right direction, instead of being uncaring and just telling me to sit down and wait for my name to be called. Excellent clinic and I would recommend it to anyone if you value good medical care and friendly outgoing and caring staff.Regards,David

All the staff from the front to the doctor were very friendly, efficient, I was taking to the back at a very reasonable time and was taken care of right away I didn't wait in room forever like alot of doctor offices I have been to before . Special thanks to the Freeport Medical staff. They have taken great care of myself and my daughter. They were able to get my daughter in the same day when she was sent home from school sick. Sherrell the Nurse Practitioner was amazing and the Medical Assistants were very nice. Keep up the good work.

This is hands down the BEST affordable clinic we've ever been to in the area. My husband has anxiety when it comes to dental work and prices, and he never had an issue here. They were super friendly, always explained everything they planned to do and made us feel welcomed. I will always recommend this clinic for anyone in need of dental work and other health services at an affordable price.

Pitiful service, they tried to have me pay for bloodwork twice, lost my results of the bloodwork for almost 3 weeks, and NOW, I moved to west Texas and they will not send my medical records. Disappointment at every turn with this clinic. Unorganized, and uncaring people giving mediocre service.

The people seem nice on the surface but you can tell it's all fake. The place is dolled up to look clean and professional but it's a far cry from that. I wasted about $80 here for an appointment where they did nothing except talk to me. Paid extra for tests and never got the results. They said they would call in prescriptions for me but never did. Imagine my embarrassment going into my pharmacy to pick up medication thats not there.

Won't ever go there again. Paid full price, and still didn't get the right meds at the pharmacy. They forgot to send the coughing one. Now I am at work coughing my behind off. Will go somewhere else next time.
