This is one AMAZING office! The atmosphere was beautiful and cozy, the amount of time to get into a room/seen was super fast. They make you feel at home and at ease. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Dr. Izaddoost and the staff at Memorial Plastic Surgery! I went to him 5 years ago for a much needed mommy makeover (breast reduction/lift and lipo to stomach, thighs, and flanks). I absolutely love the results! I was a 36J after having my daughter and very deflated. Dr. Izaddoost and Sandra made me feel at ease and relax for the whole experience. He took me from that flat 36J to a perky 34D (with no implants) and got rid of some pregnancy belly fat I couldn't seem to loose. It is 5 years later and my breast lift is still in full effect! I feel better about my body after my mommy makeover with Dr. Izaddoost than I ever have before. I am so glad I did it! I still see Dr. Izaddoost for routine Botox every 3-4 months and can honestly say he is the best. He is very kind and always takes his time to make sure all my questions or concerns are answered. Sandra and Dr. Izaddoost are wonderful and I cannot recommend this team more!

From the first consultation through the whole surgery, he made my wife feel very comfortable and you could tell he has the patient's interest as his primary concern. Scheduled my appointment for 2pm wasnt seen till almost 3pm but it was worth it because Dr. Roehl and her assistant Stephanie made me feel welcomed. Front desk ladies could work on their customer service. Overall great experience.

I dont normally write reviews but I am so disappointed in this place. I scheduled a consultation over a month in advance and the doctor had to cancel due to weather which I totally understand but I travel out of town the end of the month and was looking for a mid December surgery date. They offered me one other time that I have a Doctors appointment. I was going to spend over $15000 in surgery and she said its not about money to them. Clearly its not about the patient either because now I have to find another doctor and that didnt phase them at all.

The consultation was thoughtful and informative, as he explained everything about my procedure, risks, and expected results in a way that I could easily understand. The pre/post-operative nurse was gentle, compassionate, and thorough. The same was true of the OR and anesthesia staff. The care team really put my mind at ease of any nervousness I had regarding surgery. I felt like they all genuinely cared about me. The surgery center was clean and comfortable.I couldn't be more happy with the results of my procedure! I experienced no significant discomfort and the appearance is just as Dr. Hsu explained. Waited nearly 15 years and saved up for the perfect moment to get a procedure done to fix an insecurity I'd always had. I recently moved to Houston from Southern California. I had been trying for almost 5 years to get insurance to approve a breast reduction. I came across memorial plastic surgery on yelp and scheduled a consultation with Dr. Mohan. I was so surprised by how beautiful the office is and how nice all the staff was! Dr. Mohan is the BEST surgeon I've ever had a consult with, and I completely trusted her with my surgery. After insurance gave us approval for surgery, I was able to schedule my surgery for as soon as a week away. I had a pre-op a little over a week before surgery, and they answered all of my questions. Then I had a pre op with the hospital where my surgery would be, and they were kind as well. The day of surgery I was so excited, but kind of nervous as this was my first surgery ever. Dr. Mohan made me feel so comfortable and talked me through everything! Her bedside manner is remarkable, and she has such a kind heart. She called me the day after surgery to check up on how I was doing. I went in at 1 week post op, again at two weeks, and again today at my 1 month post op. The staff has been so wonderful, and I couldn't be more blessed to have found memorial plastic surgery and Dr. Mohan. If I ever need anything done in the future, I will go to Dr. Mohan without a doubt. I recommend this office to all of my friends. I'm so glad I waited 5 years to get this surgery with the best surgeon!

I was recommended to this location to try Dysport. Ive gotten Botox in the past but wanted to try this, the location was very clean and staff very friendly the real downside was that I waited an hour and a half if I didnt ask the front desk I think they would have forgotten about me I saw patients coming in way after me and being called back I was the only one in the waiting room,, not a very good impression for a first time patient. I was hoping to love it so I could schedule my breast implants. Not sure if Ill be coming back.
