Vanessa is the epitome of professionalism! I came in for a procedure and she was super cool . Not only was she super cool, but, she was easy to talk to and explained everything thoroughly and in detail to me about the procedure. And the results I received from the procedure are fantastic! Vanessa definitely knows what she is doing. She has a great sense of humor too! Im definitely coming back to Belize spa in Killeen as a return customer and it is because of Vanessa!

*Repost since Beleza medspa was petty enough to flag it * I guess they cant handle the truth and wanted to take it down ..I tried to be as professional and friendly as I could rather then being UPSET as I should be after all I did throw 10grand down the drain!!! So a friend recommended this place to me said they had really good reviews but when I looked at the reviews there was not even 1 for the surgery I wanted and I thought to myself do they even do Brazilian but lifts ?? I had went to a free consultation they had given me and I asked one of the nurses how many bbls they have done and she said they at least do 2 to 3 a week and I stated that I didnt see any reviews she replys well most of the people that get them are young so they probably arent into doing reviews I met with Dr. hix Hernandez, seemed pretty cool I asked her if she had any before and after pictures which she said shes very protective of her patients and went on about how other docs probably edit their pics for social media.. in the end I chose her as my doctor(not even doing my research on other doctors in the area) I did not like my overall results and I was very unhappy so I talked with her and we did round 2 ( with an additional charge , also had to take time off work with no pay) it looked better but Im still not satisfied. I watch videos of doctors often and I see that they dont just inject the fat in certain areas they do it all over and Im almost certain the fat was only injected in the areas she circled. Which was like 2 areas.. I wont say it looks terrible because you can see a slight difference (side view) however I dont love it! For best results from what I see is doing a lipo 360 and putting as much fat as you can all around and not just certain areas.. Some of my friends and family cant even notice a difference& I spent almost 10 grand which I had been saving for very like time if I could of done anything different I wouldve chosen someone that specializes in Brazilian butt lifts with before and after pictures before jumping into the first doctor I met with.Not saying shes not a good doctor because I see lots of good reviews from doing breast implants and tummy tucks. Also Id like to give credit when its due, id like to say when I had my first procedure there was the nicest sweetest nurse named Laura who was really careful and comforting and took great care of me during my surgery!!! I dont think Ill ever get this procedure done again just because after 2 procedures I'm scared it wont come out how I want it & I wouldnt want to pay for this again Its upsetting to have put your self at risk 2 times just for my results not to come out the way I wanted it to. However Im still thankful to be alive!!!

The staff is very professional and easy to work with. I have been a customer for 3 years. I suffer from Melasma and have to give Tehia a huge shoutout for making me love my skin again. I will NOT go to anyone else for my skin care needs. She is educated in her field and loves helping people.

I was very pleased how Dr Hicks took care of my needs, I went in and explained to her what my issues were and what concerned me, she personally took the time to call me and listened to me. She made me comfortable and answered all my questions. After speaking with her I fell more comfortable to have her as my surgeon, she cares and I felt like I was priority. 23yr old, brown skin, male. I sought this the clinic out of despair, and it is truly a hidden gem. I have been trying for years to rid the hair on my face due to the ingrown hairs and scarring it would leave on my face. It got to the point where I couldn't even stand the sight of my own reflection in the mirror. I went into Beleza MedSpa looking for a miracle, and that is exactly what I found. I was greeted by a bubbly cheerful receptionist, Taylor, who was beyond helpful and got me hook up right away with the appropriate esthetician who was familiar with darken skin tones. Tehia is FANTASTIC at her job with an extraordinary amount of knowledge on skin care. She allowed me some samples, got me set up with some Laser hair removal appointments, and got the ball rolling. 5 months later, and I have to say, this is the most happiest I have been with my skin since middle school! Beleza MedSpa is definitely a life change and I would 100% recommend it to any and everybody

Beleza Med Spa in Austin TX, what a mess, is not their fault, was me for not check reviews about my procedure. The doctor promise me something he knows he cant achieve. He transfer fat from my abdomen to my buttock, I can feel the knife, they don't even check if I was ready to be cut,. after he transfer the fat, he disappear, (like he operate an animal, or feel disgusting about it, lol, what a funny guy, wrong job for you). After he left, I see a lot of my fat in an container, and I ask the nurse why he don't put more fat, she say, you can hold more fat, it is not room, I was sad, because i am skinny, and I eat a lot pizza and ice cream to meat that procedure. After two weeks more or less, I went for follow up? I met the nurse or whoever give you the follow up, in conversation with her, she say the fat it is going to disappear. My fat don't left me in two weeks, is star the day after the procedure, the pain was horrible, I was bleeding, my way home, Because they say I can work next day, that is impossible, I was unconscious, all my way home. after a year, I can't see those people anymore I was traumatize. the year after the procedure, my sister push me to see the horrible doctor, look like he check the time of the procedure, I am guessing, check my pictures and just what he say when I ask him what happen? why he never toll me that the fat is going to disappear, He answer me, 'oh it was a mistake, lets put you in a schedule to fix that. anyway their staff was unaware of what happening, I just left that place with the little dignity i still have with me, with a lot sadness, not only for my$ 5000 thousand, but for all the effort that I put to put that money together. I had butt for three months, that it. Don't go to Austin Beleza med spa.

Dusky was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and really listened to my concerns about wanting to have Botox but still look like me. i explained the experience I had at another location and how much was used and she didn't make me feel like I was wrong for feeling like it was too much!! She recommended and explained what she will do and why and i cant wait to see the full results! (it hasn't even been 24 hours Lol) I like that I am starting off slow and IF i need more i know i can add a little more later. Enjoyed my experience and will for sure go back when its time for maintenance. Im so glad i found this location here in the Killeen area!

Wonderful! Ive had the first part of my mommy make over with Dr. Hix and shes truly skilled. I consulted with several other offices before deciding on Dr. Hix, and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. Things that matter, infection control, after-care, communication, pain management everything is top-notch. My surgery went off perfectly, not one single issue. Im 48, and there are risks, but Dr. Hix was very patient and easy to talk to. She was encouraging and kind. The staff is warm and they make you feel welcome. Jennifer Lipscomb is a gem, she replied to about twenty emails. Michelle is essential personnel when it comes to questions, and easing your anxiety. Dusky, what a lovely lady. .Today, I saw Dusky for a second in-office procedure, what a great experience it was. I felt like I was in great hands with her. My procedure was painless and quick. Im looking forward to some great results. She too, was patient and listened to exactly what I wanted. Its money well spent when you receive quality care, and you actually receive what you pay for. Taylor, is fantastic with the facial products and getting my appointments squared away. There isnt any one that Ive met at Beleza Med Spa that isnt anything other than terrific. Youre in good hands. 5-stars all around.

Highly recommend Round Rock Location. Elena / Front Desk, Nancy & Emily (Beautifiers) are amazing. I like this place because they all have such great dispositions and really seem to know the value of good customer service. They are also not hard sellers, they don't try to push products on you and they try to choose the best services to make you look your best. Elena at front desk...she actually makes me want to go there because she is so pleasant and really works to provide excellent experience from the front door in.

I began going to Beleza Med Spa in November 2016 and it has been a great experience ever since. My mom was the one who actually scheduled my initial appointment and she talked about how great the customer service was that she received over the phone. My mom has never stepped foot in this establishment and she talks very highly of Beleza Spa, so that should tell you a lot. Plus my mom is a hard critic. I've been receiving acne treatment sessions with Tehia R., she is absolutely amazing. There was not one time that I didn't understand what she was explaining to me. She was very informative and you can tell that she loves what she does. She was able to inform of the peel she was using, how it works, what to expect after and so on. There hasn't been one time to where she didn't talk me through all of the steps as she was performing them so that I would feel extremely comfortable with the procedure. In addition, she is absolutely amazing at what she does and I have definitely seen a tremendous in my face. Every time I call, Taylor, the receptionist, is always so polite and I love that! I would highly recommend Beleza Med Spa!

She gave me a sample before I left because after paying for services I told her I could only purchase one of the products she suggested.
