I would really recommend this doctor to everyone. Everyone in the office is very professional, attentive and courteous. They take their time explaining everything. The doctor is an excellent doctor; he takes his time and provides different options for treatment. Once a path forward is decided he is involved all the way throughout the process explaining whats going to happen and what to expect.I couldnt be happier with the choice of doctor I made. Im glad I took my time and did my research before rushing to select just any doctor.I highly recommend this doctor and his staff.

If you want to be treated like an actual person and not like a number or a paycheck, I dont recommend this office. The service was extremely poor. The front staff was amazing but the office manager was horrible. She was rude and I was treated as an inconvenience and yelled at over the phone for asking a simple question. You would think that since im the one getting my face cut open, and paying to do so, I would be able to ask a couple of questions. Since then I canceled both of my surgeries and decided to take my business elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I had a fantastic experience getting my first facial today at Dr. Ayalas office. I actually went in inquiring about a more expensive/invasive procedure and he convinced me to go with an Oxygeneo facial that was a fraction of the cost. You know you can trust a doctor when they steer you away from a procedure that will make them more money! I was very pleased with the results of the Oxygeneo and the staff were all wonderful as well. I highly recommend Dr. Ayala.

When I was 18 years old I got a Rhinoplasty. For some reason after the healing process I started experiencing congestion and difficulty breathing. As the years passed by 12+ years my allergies were severe and I eventually got addicted to decongestant Afrin. It was the only way I could breathe. I used Afrin at least 5 or more times daily. At nights I had to wake up get in a hot steam shower and use my doterra essential oils. It was a routine to be able to breathe. I saw a couple of ENTs in the valley and none of them gave me the confidence except the only ENT board certified in plastic facial surgery Dr Carlos Ayala. His experience gave me hope that he would correct my problem. I underwent a Septoplasty with a turbinate reduction on 12/9/19 he changed my LIFE! I can breathe now. I thank him so much. God bless you Dr Ayala!!!

Amazing! I can breath now after 20 years. Dr. Ayalas experience goes a long way. I am a new person after getting a septoplasty and turbinate reduction. I highly recommend him. Best ENT around. I have been to one in the past and had a balloon sinuplasty. It didnt work. Dr. Ayala new exactly what i needed and i thank him for helping me breath again.

The staff has you write out a review on their website on an iPad while you pay at the front desk. They were honestly very friendly and to be honest, Dr. Ayala is very pleasant and seems very knowledgeable. It really is a shame. The staff there ended up messing up a lot of my information and when I would call back they seemed to not know what to say. I even caught them on a few fibs. I voiced my concerns, but honestly, there was no real point because theyre extremely defensive and will try to make their mistakes seem like your fault (which its not because theyre the ones in charge of organizing everything). I trust Dr. Ayala, but I dont trust his staff at all, and I wont risk them passing along the wrong information to him on the day of the surgery and then get a botched job. I really wrestled with writing this review, but honestly, this is the truth of my experience. Now Im thinking theyve had complaints before and thats why they have everyone give a review as they pay. The visit there is pleasant, but their work itself (which you mostly find out after youve left to get your operation process started) is a real mess.

Dr Ayala is a very caring Dr, thats explains everything before doing any procedure. I came to Dr Ayala because he is a trained Dr in the facial structure. I would recommend anyone have any procedure done to come to him first

I experienced chronic pain to my jaw for about 2 weeks , i took pain medication as well as many other anti inflammatory medications and i did not notice any improvement. Dr.Ayala diagnosed me with TMJ and he recommended me to have Botox injections to my jaw to relax my jaw muscle , by the next day i was able to open my mouth without pain and i can see the swelling going down. There was no pain during the procedure i am very happy with the outcome! I would highly recommend this for any one experiencing these symptoms.

Walked in and was quickly greeted by all three ladies at the front desk. Very welcoming atmosphere! Waiting area was bright, clean, and even a TV showing some examples of different situations/procedures, and some other information regarding Dr. Ayala, which I thought was interesting. Waiting time was short, probably less than 15 minutes but that time included me filling out my paper work since it was my first visit. Once I was taken to a room, his medical staff went through basic questions and vitals and told me he would be right with me. (Also very nice) Dr. Ayala came in shortly and listened to my concerns and then used a camera to confirm my problem. Ive visited several doctors that are often in a rush with the patient but somehow youre office visit turns to about four hours. This wasnt the case here at all. The entire office seemed very fast pace and productive! (For reference: I came across this doctor searching for ENT doctors in the McAllen area. I was not referred.) Happy with my choice of doctor and his friendly staff!

Dr. Ayala and the procedure performed on me has dramatically changed my life. Through the years people had commented on my nose. I used to have a big bump and a deviated septum. With having a big bump on my nose it affected me and made me self conscious for so many years. I avoided making new friends, or taking pictures at certain angles. It really took a toll on me emotionally. I have always considered changing the shape of my nose. And now I finally got it done. It helped me much in these three wks that it has been done. I feel very confident in how I look. I talk to more people and I feel more confident in these interactions. Thank you Dr. Ayala!

I am so happy I found Dr Ayala. I had a rhinoplasty and septoplasty and it has been such a transformational experience! To find an ENT and a plastic surgeon certified in facial reconstruction here in The Valley is a blessing! I know there are many Plastic surgeons here but most of them have a general certification and mainly practice breast augmentations and tummy tucks. I needed a surgeon whos main practice is on facial reconstruction. Dr Ayala is that surgeon! I will continue to come here for any of my facial needs!!
