Ive gotten lip fillers once prior to getting them at New Life, and the difference is like night and day. At New Life, Celina made me feel really comfortable and she knows her stuff, and the entire staff is really welcoming and attentive. Celina walked me through the process first during consultation as well as during and after the procedure. Her technique was really easy to understand, and she made me feel like I was a part of the process by keeping me informed. I also experienced very minimal swelling (to where I felt comfortable being in public) and no bruising. Though this varies between and amongst individuals, the technique has to do with it as well. I am actually excited to go back for the other .5 mL.

I cant say enough about Dr.Lee and his team. From the moment you walk through the door, it becomes an experience. I was greeted by name and guide to a private room. His nurse Vanessa went through the consent and answered all of my questions. They gave me a New Life bag to put all of my belonging in prior to surgery. When Dr.Lee came in his talked me though where he was marking on my body for the procedure and it helped calm when because I knew the goes and whys. Once I was moved to the OR prep room I was greeted again by smiling faces and calming nurses. It can be a little nerve racking walking into surgery but Dr.Lees staff were lovely. Post op has been wonderful. The team has followed up multiple times to check on me. It was a wonderful experience and I cant wait to see my results. I fly down from Houston just for this team!

Dr. Lee and his staff were exceptionally very professional and friendly. I had a tummy tuck and arm lift done and after my surgery Dr. Lee went on vacation, I had a small issue and he took time to contact me personally to reassure me that everything was ok. How many doctors do you know that will do that.?? Not many....and the staff was extremely kind and made you feel so comfortable. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends. ****RESPONSE: Even though we no longer live in the area, I made the trip to the Valley to make sure I stayed on the every 4-6 week schedule given to me and not once missed my scheduled appointment for the eight sessions. My husband also stayed on schedule for his five sessions, but could not complete his last session due to his work schedule after his last appointment was canceled by New Life. After finishing my treatments, I was told I would have to pay a touch-up fee for every session if I wanted to continue, BUT I was also told additional treatments would probably be a waste of time and money because of the lack of results with the machine/process after the eight sessions at that point. I was also told that since not many New Life clients were interested in LHR, the machine was being sold within a couple of months and the office would no longer offer that service, so continuing treatments really was not an option. I was also referred to a clinic with a stronger/newer laser in the area where we moved to continue treatments there.33-year-old female. After an amazing, unmedicated, quick VBAC experience with Dr. Lee in 2015, I was ecstatic to learn he was opening up a cosmetic office. After researching laser hair removal for years, I believed this would be the perfect place/time to get this done, but am disappointed to report that after 8 sessions in 8 months of laser hair removal appointments at New Life, I did not get the results I expected/led to believe Id receive. When I asked for some sort of a refund, I was told I would have to undergo hormone treatment to see if that was the reason for my lack of results, so I would have to pay $200 for a hormone consultation with Dr. Lee, bloodwork, and possible medication before I could continue with a few more LHR sessions. To clarify, instead of any sort of refund, I would have to pay hundreds of dollars more to out rule a possible hormone imbalance. I was then referred to a clinic in my new area that has a newer/better laser to better treat my needs. Everyone at New Life was nice and accommodating, but I am extremely disappointed I will have to pay for additional treatments elsewhere in order to get the results I expected from New Life especially after the 8 treatments I had. Im sad to say I will have to take my list of desired procedures elsewhere as I no longer trust New Life to have the latest and greatest technology.33-year-old male. After 5 sessions of laser hair removal at New Life, I had great results, but after about a month, all my hair came back plus more it seems. When asked for some sort of a refund, I was told it couldnt be given because I didnt complete my full round of treatments and it was up to me to schedule and complete my treatments. When I notified them I made an appointment for my 6th and last session an entire month beforehand, but the office called the week before my appointment telling me I had to reschedule for a later date because the technician was going to be out on vacation all week, still nothing could be done to compensate. I am a high school football coach, so I planned my sessions accordingly and knew I had complete my 6 sessions before the football season began. Football runs seven days a week from August to November. When my appointment was canceled by New Life the absolute last day before the football season started, there was no way for me to reschedule until after the football season ended. If my healthy wife was told her lack of results may be because of a hormone imbalance, then maybe I have one too OR maybe the laser hair removal machine/process was the problem.

I had a procedure with Dr Lee 6 weeks ago. And Im extremely pleased with the work from start to finish. The staff is great and super friendly! Dr Lee is understanding, patient and very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. Its a bonus that hes also a gynecologist. So he knows the female body so very well! My surgery was fast and literally by the next day I was grocery shopping and picking up my kids from school. I would recommend New life cosmetics most definitely for anyone looking to get any plastic surgery done!

Dr. Lee is phenomenal! I go to him for bioidentical hormones. Normally when you go for bioidentical hormones, you have a consultation first then in a follow-up appontment where he will insert the pellets in your hip. I was severely depleted in progesterone which makes my anxiety go through the roof, and I felt so run down. I think he could tell because he treated me that day!!! I was so grateful; he brought me back to life. He is very smart and very personable. He was quick to figure out what was wrong with me. I feel like a new person. I have energy to live my life and with his help I have been able to lower my dosage of Lorazepam. He is not judgmental of people who use benzos; he will help you if you want it but he does not force you and he lets you bring it up. I have more energy, I sleep better, and with intermittent fasting I have lost 10lbs so far, and Im just getting started. He is an incredible doctor!
