Being diagnosed with breast cancer is scary enough, Dr. Cook and staff have been wonderful throughout this experience. They are very caring, kind and considerate of your situation and take great lengths to lessen your anxiety. Even when you are in the medical profession they still take the time to explain, educate and go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met and that you understand all options. I am so blessed to have them in my corner helping me through a difficult time. If you are thinking of surgery whether cosmetic or reconstruction, Dr. Cook and staff are great at what they do and their love and passion for people and great care shine through!!

I just had pretty much a mommy makover keeping existing implants. Dr. Cook did a breast lift, mini TT, and sculpting. I'm literally amazed at how great I look already. It's only been three days and even bruised and swollen I can tell how amazing he did. My entire experience from start to finish has been perfect. This is by far the best decision I've made. If you're considering any cosmetic procedures you're not going to find a better Dr. and staff than Dr. Cook. They have exceeded my expectations and if I could pick a million stars to rate them I would. You will not be disappointed. I'll never use anyone else and wish I had known about him sooner! In my opinion he is the best plastic surgeon around and his staff I'd the most professional I've ever seen. Cant thank them enough.

If I could give more then 5 stars I would. ABSOLUTELY the best. My kid needed stiches on her face. Dr. Cook used an exceptional technique. There are absolutely no scars left on her face. I waited about 10 months to post this so I could see the final result. He was so caring and made the entire experience feel painless. If you want things done the right way I would go here.

Dr. Cook is an excellent surgeon. My procedure was explained and was asked thru out my process if I had questions and made me feel very comfortable with my decision. His office staff was wonderful, from the front desk to his back office nurses.

I recently had a breast augmentation, the staff is great and Dr.Cook did an AMAZING job on my augmentation. I am more than satisfied with my results. Of course every ones body type will deliver different results, I have 3 boys and breast fed 2. Im 5'3 150 I went from a B to a DD 370-380cc if I can recall what I went for.Thank you Dr. cook and the whole team that helped deliver outstanding results.

If I could provide a negative star I would. The staff is atrociously disorganized and will 100% waste your time. I have never been to a doctor where I had to call several several several and email email email and never get a response. The doctor made me get an MRI for something not called for, scheduled my surgery with me but his staff failed to schedule it internally so I showed up and they had nothing prepared (didn't get the surgery), the doctor then changed his mind on the procedure, etc. It really was just a terrible experience and I really hope that no one else has the same one. I would suggest going to another doctor in Lubbock or Dallas. The inconvenience of traveling may be worth the care and respect your receive. The nurse is really sweet, but the organization is severely flawed. I despise this place. Note: I have never left a bad review before, but this doctor wasted $2k of my money.

If you can find another place to get work done please do. The staff there Is rude and for lack of better words sucks. Had a broken nose fixed or halfway fixed he left a piece bone floating around in my nose when I told him I could push it down and it would move back he argued with me like I was trying to get something done for free . Eventually I ended up pushing the bone Back into place I guess it was because he never gave me a nose guard that he charge my insurance for. Run for your life because it almost cost me mine
